Came in to buy a CPO car if the price was right. Relatively quick process with a trade-in and I left same day with a new car. Overall good experience.

I submitted an online query about a 2017 Infiniti Red Sport 400 and within the hour, I received a super friendly and informative response. Chad Blanton was my initial point of contact and throughout my entire experience, I felt like his only customer. He responded quickly to any questions I had and worked around my busy schedule for my test drive and eventual purchase. This guy would bend over backwards to ensure you have not only a great buying experience, but a great experience every time you deal with Motor Werks even after your purchase. They are extremely lucky to have an employee like this guy. 10/10 would buy from him again.

This was my first experience dealing with Motor Werks and it couldn't have been any better! From locating my vehicle on their website all the way through to having completed the transaction and driving off the lot with my new car. Everyone was so nice and helpful. Atanas was attentive from the very beginning. We test drove a couple of SUV to make sure my wife likes one. He always responded to texts and calls right away. He was professional and never pushy. This was by far one of the best car buying experience me and my wife have ever had. Granted we did our homework and got a pre-qualified rate as well from a local bank in Milwaukee to aid in the negotiation process. Right from when I first contact the dealership and got a hold of Tim McLean everything went very well. We communicated mostly through text which was very convenient and was able to establish a meeting time. When we finally got to the dealership Tim was waiting to great us. The dealership was very nice and clean. Everyone was very friendly and we even had the opportunity to meet Tim's supervisor and I apologize for forgetting his name. Everyone was very friendly and eager to help us out which really made us feel special. Tim throughout the whole time was very accommodating offering water and snacks along the way. Tim was very personable which really helps build that bond between customer and salesman. Tim kept us entertained throughout the process from greeting till end. Tim's best quality is that he is down to earth and very open minded. When when it came to getting the right interest rates, Tim was welling to let us take phone calls from our lending officer through some and work out a rate that would work. Michael was also very patient while everything was getting set. Michael was straight forward and not pushy at all with products or services. He explained everything and what we were doing right before we signed each paper needed. Though we did not get to know Michael on a personal level his professionalism was greatly noted by us. Before we left with the car we signed a backup contract with the lowest rate they could provide to us just in case we were not able to complete our deal with our lender. Overall this was one of the best car buying experience ever for me and my wife. I highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking to buy a car. The customer service alone is worth the buying experience.

Walter was a great salesman. He made sure to go over everything in detail to make sure you understand. If i had any questions he was free at any time to talk. He made sure he followed up with me after my purchase several times to make sure I was happy with my decision. Walter is great at his job!
