INFINITI of Hoffman Estates

I recently bought a QX60 from Daniel. He was a total pro and made sure I got all available discounts and dealer incentives. I shopped other Infiniti dealerships in the Chicago area but Infiniti of Hoffman Estates beat everyone on both price and service. Will definitely buy again from Daniel Tucker of Infiniti of Hoffman Estates.

We just leased a 2018 QX60 and the experience with the sales person (Alex), the manager (Rick) and the finance representative (Amin) was outstanding. They were accommodating, did not push us and fair. They also gave us a very fair price for the trade in and Alex came to our house to pick up the vehicle! We did not even have to bring it ourselves. My buying experience began online researching used 2014 Q50's and ended with us driving off the dealer lot with a brand new 2018 Q50 lease. Atanas and the rest of the team at Infiniti at Hoffman Estates were very professional and customer service oriented throughout my entire experience purchasing my car. Atanas was responsive and answered my questions directly and timely. It was a low-pressure environment and a straight forward process. They provided full attention while I was doing research and visiting the dealership, and then after I purchased the car, Atanas spent plenty of time walking me through the options of the car. Dodie was a friendly salesman and the price of the car was discounted from a previous price and was priced very substantially lower than other similar cars in the area. Was in and out fairly quickly.

Got a great warm, comforting feeling as soon as I started discussing my auto leasing desire. Never pressured, not by Atanas (Sales) nor the finance managers. I will most likely visit with them very first when I need to do my next lease.
