Exceptional and Personable Team

Greatest feeling to not feel pressured and actually enjoy your vehicle shopping. From the moment I walked in and was warmly greeted by Tim McLean I felt impressed by the manner in which I was treated. He truly made an effort to actually listen to my needs and what I wanted in my next vehicle. Even after letting him know that I still needed time on purchasing, he didn't just let me walk out the door feeling lost. He took his time explaining the many options I can have at Infiniti without pushing it on me. I also had the pleasure of meeting his manager, John Panousopoulos, who was also very attentive and helpful. I have not yet purchased my vehicle at Infiniti but there is no doubt in my mind that this place is where I will go to drive away in my new car.

Best ever with an auto salesman

Went to the Infiniti dealership to test drive a QX60. Had a Buick Enclave and wanted to test a Acura, Infiniti and Highlander. As luck would have it, I went to the Infiniti dealer first and Dodie was my salesperson. From the start Dodie made me feel relaxed. I was expecting high pressure to buy, but Dodie was relaxed and asked some questions to point me in the right direction. After looking at some vehicles,I decide to take a drive in a Slighty used Qx60. It drove very well and had all the bells and whistles. Dodie showed me how everything worked and we drove around the area. I was hooked. Then I thought about the negotiating pain that comes with buying a car. Dodie gave me a good price and a very fair value for my trade in. Deal done! Amin did a great job with the financing. I went in to buy a silver car with black interior and walked out with a Hagen blue with graphite interior and couldn’t be happier. Dodie did a great job of matching me up with the right vehicle. Thank you Dodie for a very pleasant experience.

Nicest auto sales people I've ever dealt with!

I was looking for a specific vehicle this dealership happened to have as a customer trade-in. Chad was very courteous and helpful, along with Daniel. I was not able to get the financing I needed but Chad went out of his way to find me alternatives, and of the 20 vehicles I've purchased in my lifetime, I've never had someone go to that extent to try to help me get what I wanted. I was very impressed by how laid back people were there. I at no point felt any kind of pressure. I highly recommend this dealership solely based on their customer service. It was excellent.

Very poor communication and bad customer service

About a month ago I was looking for used q50, this dealership was right next to us so we went there. I asked which car we were looking for and were told someone is already working a deal on that. We looked at another car and went forward for purchase started paperwork, and all of a sudden Chad comes in and told us some other manager has already started working deal on that car. It was some bizzare communication sequence and on top of that he was trying to sell me BMW call Infiniti inferior brand. Here is the pitch he used " if you ever get in to accident insurance company will cut you a check of 35k and you are only paying 31k". Please stay away from this dealership they are worse. Had pretty nice experience at Naperville Infiniti far but worth it.

it is not unusual that multi people can be trying to get into the same vehicle. While we do our best it is now completely avoidable. This was a Saturday and very busy. We price aggressively and vehicles do move rather quickly. We are a multi brand dealership. Another brand was presented in the same price range. The manager can speak to the value of the vehicle however that does not indicate one is inferior to another. We have a INIFINTI, HONDA, MERCECES BENS, PORSCHE, BMW AND CADILLAC dealership. While it is very frustrating to have a deal not work out. It is always going to be someone who is not going to get the vehicle when there is multiples looking at it. While this is unfortunate, we did our best to locate another vehicle that we felt were options for you. In reference with the insurance. We are not versed in insurance and what insurance companies will or will not do. Everyone is different. We can only speak to the value of the vehicle.

Positive Dealing with a Professional

I traded in a 2012 Sonata for a 2015 Lexus RX 350. We went back and forth quite a while in terms of trade-in value, but at the end came to an agreement. Everyone at the dealer acted civilly and professionally. The dealer articulated objective reasons for the prices of the two vehicles and I left with a satisfied feeling and transaction. The dealer prepped the car for me wonderfully and did follow up in terms of any questions pertaining to the Lexus. I therefore recommend the dealer and also my contact, Atanas Petrov.

Great overall experience!

This was my second Infiniti purchase within 2 months. George and Amin were great once again. Their professionalism and attention to detail are above and beyond and make the car buying experience easy and expedited. Our most recent purchase was for the QX60 for my wife. With our busy schedules we just did not have time to actually come to the dealership to test drive any of them. I notified George Solayman and he instantly brought a car to our home for my wife to see. Now that's customer service! The next day I picked the car up and finished the paperwork. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the car buying market.
