I had been looking for a vehicle to replace my totaled loss. I found this one on Car Guru's website. There was some confusion with delivery as the webiste stated transport was covered in the price of vehicle. Nevertheless it was worked out and all went as planned. Since this was first time to purchase a car site unseen I had a lot of reservations. I asked a lot of questions and Lucas went above and beyond to make sure things were right. I don't know any sales person that would stay 3 plus hours after the dealership was closed to ensure my vehicle was loaded and on it's way to Virginia. I would highly recommend Infinity of Hoffman Estates. Thank you for all the help and closing the deal.

I purchased a 2021 Infinity q50 Red Sport from Zeigler Infinity of Hoffman Estates as an out of state buy. George Zakrzewski was my sales person and he made sure every step of the process went smoothly and easily even though I'm over a thousand miles away in Colorado. He sent me photos and a great video of the car, the wire transfer was easy. He gave me the contact info for a transport company as well. The car arrived just a few days later just as promised in exactly the condition it was advertised. I was a little nervous wiring the entire amount for the vehicle out of state but this dealership is legitimate and honest in the way they do business. I know George is new to this dealer but he did an outstanding job and made sure he personally handled my purchase from first contact to delivery. Would buy from Zeigler again and recommend to anyone!
