My daughter and I went to this dealership looking for a Nissan Rogue that she saw online . We were toldwe couldn't test drive it because it was in service shop getting a blower motor put in. Juan said can I show you some more cars my daughter said she wanted a small suv Bob the Mgr came into talk to us about the Nissan in the shop and said he would talk to the service technician to see if he would have it done for us to test drive . No.was the answer so you could come back tomorrow and test drive it. Okay Juan keep my daughter posted will do . Contacts my daughter saying we are good to go the car will be Here when you get here. So she texted him telling him were on our way he responded then she texted him again when we were 5 minutes away. We meet up and he small talking and then he says I know you came here to test drive the rogue but I have a situation where I can't let you test drive it because someone put a deposit on it and unless their deal falls through. But I have the elantra out and ready to go if your interested and so my daughter was like umm okay I guess with a confused look on her face as so did I. She test drove it then I did steering was way off and every turn it made noise . Again Bob assured us they will fix it .he goes and takes a look and comes back with no problem it's not a Hazzard to drive it willbe fine to drive til you come back from school...wait you want me to buy this car and let her drive it 300 miles each way making that noise .ummm NO absolutely not . Bob says it's 300.to fix he will take it off price if car and that we don't fix pre owned cars unless we have a buyer. Wait what so the dealership already had a buyer for the rogue because it was in shop.on Thursday the first day we came but they never said anything to us said we could come back tomorrow even told us if we make an appointment we could get 150 .00 off car next thing I know was paperwork came in showing 374.00 a month for 60months and I'm like no that's more then my 2017 Malibu payments Plus it's older car with 30,000 more miles then mine ...no ..the next thing I knew was this 14k car is now 20k with issues wrong .I didnt even pay 20k for my Malibu and it's a 2017 with 52,000 miles on it . At this point I felt like we were just being treated like they thought we were 2 dumb woman that they could sell a car to in no matter what condition. I said no and was pissed because we wasted 2 afternoons with this dealership and they knew my daughter was going back to her dorm this weekend. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone and your referral crap.out the window . Worse thing was we didn't have a ride home even because they couldn't be honest and tell us Thursday they had a buyer and numerous chance to tell my daughter that someone else bought the car no he waited for us to get there and tell.us .I am sorry but lost alot of respect for the salesman So we were stranded in Hoffman estates with no car and an hour and 20.minures later to get picked up and a tank of gas wasted on these guys Buy a car from another dealership if your smart Lesson learned lies on top of lies her To bad they couldn't get rated on their lies because that they would get a 10 in

Edgar was awesome to work with. Very professional and yet super personal. He was a great guy to do business with. It was quick and easy to purchase our newest car and we would definity head to Infiniti of HE and see Edgar again in the future.
