End of Lease and purchase of new vehicle
I was treated fairly and given a lot of useful information to make my purchase decision. I do have to say I did not know until after the purchase the car did not have a remote starter and this was a big disappointment to me. I just assumed every car has one now and did not ask. The Salesman and his Manager were very friendly and made me feel very welcome. I would be giving 5 stars if they had told me about the remote starter.

Awesome Customer Experience
The Hoffman Estates Motorwerks Infiniti is terrific. I had discussed purchasing a Q50 with Chad Simon, Sales Manager (terrific communicator) and he connected me with Atanas Petrov for the sales point of contact. Atanas knows his product inside and out, he walked me through in detail of the features of the car, and is very professional. Once we had worked out the details of the deal, the Finance person, Amin Smith, was terrific in his own right. When customer service is talked about, these guys walk the walk! Bad Customer Service
The dealership service was horrible. Mike specifically did not care about my experience and took them almost 2 month to get me my actual Plate. I had to drive about 3 weeks with an expired temp plate. When I called and spoke with Mike Smalley he did not seem apologetic and did not offer any solution especially that it was there fault my plate was late.
