I've been leasing Infinity G37 for 3 years. My lease came to an end and I came back to Infinity Deallership because I felt comfortable with their Maintenance Service representative Kira who took care of my car. She was friendly, responsible, and dialed with any challenges in a timely manner. In 3 years I had not a single issue with the car. I wanted to stay with the similar car and the same dealership if possible. When time came to lease my next car, even though I had many choices to go to nearby dealerships I chose to stay with the car and service that fits my lifestyle: low pressure, friendly environment, convenient location and hours. The sales and General Manager were extremely helpful in making the right choice with my new lease. I would recommend to use this dealership and chose Infinity car. Its really safe and low maintenance car. The staff at the dealership truly committed to an easy, enjoyable, fully transparent buying process with zero pressure.

Daniel made this first experience easy and enjoyable. This was my first time buying a car from a dealership and thought it would be complicated, however, Daniel knew exactly what he was doing and helped me through every step and explained everything and answered any questions I had. Overall, working with Erik Martinez was a great experience; however, dealing with Chad Simon was absolutely horrendous. Upon discussing some concerns over the condition of the vehicle, he was unhelpful and did not try to help the situation at all. While discussing our six hour drive to get to that dealership we were met with the answer "I did not tell you to come down here." Usually in a business setting, managers clean up for the salesman if a bad impression is made, but in my experience our salesman, Erik Martinez, had to clean up for his unprofessional, unfriendly, and downright rude manager, Chad Simon. If I had to rate my experience concerning only the time spent with Erik it would be a 5/5, but if my review was only based on what Chad "offered" it would be beyond poor. A special thank you to Erik Martinez for trying to make the situation better and offering an apology on Chad's behalf. Would fully recommend working with Erik Martinez, but highly caution against working with Chad Simon.
