Purchased a used Infiniti and was extremely satisfied with the whole experience. Erik was attentive without being pushy and got me the information I needed. He was helpful and walked me through each step answering my questions. They were very accommodating and upfront in negotiating the final deal. I made it to the end and thought I was going to get the pressure on purchasing extended warranty, but they accepted my simple, "no thank you". After I took possession of the car I found an issue that I would have liked to know upfront. I brought it up and they apologized and offered to fix the issue. Excellent customer service. Buying a car is not on my list of fun tasks, but would gladly do business again with Erik.

Dodie was the most helpful car sales professional I have ever met. We met with Dodie about a month before and gave him specifications of the price, details, price range and low and behold he delivered. It was a very painless translation and he even took care of my husband's "old piece of Junk" My husband and I will never deal with anyone else. I have been a long time customer of Infiniti of Hoffman Estates for several years for service on my 2007 G35 Coupe. During that time I always had a very good experience with both Jason & Frank in the Service Department. So when it came time to purchase something new, I was hopeful the new car buying experience would be just as good. I had an opportunity to meet and then work with both Joel Gappa and Malik Hussain. From the start they were very professional and patient with the overall buying process. So much so, I purchased a new 2016 Q50S from them without issue. Even after the purchase when a few things needed to be taken care, both exhibited excellent follow up and customer care. That's what it's all about. Words cannot express how grateful and thankful I am for Dave Kalasa! My battery failed at a Walgreens parking lot (corner of Roselle and Higgins) around 5p. I called Infiniti and they put me on the line with Dave. I explained that my family was leaving for a road trip early in the morning and I think my battery died. He quickly came to the rescue. First he attempted to jump start my battery- when that didn't work he went back to Infiniti and picked up a new battery. After that I expressed that I was concerned to get on the road - so he asked me to follow him back to the dealership for a full inspection. He completed a full inspection, topped off my fluids and I left with a peace of mind. Truly thankful for this level of service. Thank you Dave!!!

Daniel was very unbiased and knowledgeable on basically any car I was looking at. He helped me get my first car and we worked on gettin a car for atleast three weeks. Every step of the way he made sure that he was unbiased to make sure I got the best car in any brand. He made sure that even when I had a car in mind, I should look at all my options. Very honest and helpfully man. If anyone is going to buy a car from here please do yourself a favor and ask for Daniel. Also Malik was very insightful on lease vs finance and that made a big factor in my final decision.

Purchased a used vehicle for my daughter. Took her with me so she could experience the whole unpleasantness of buying a car. Turns out it was the first time I've left a car dealer without feeling like a got taken. Geno was great and very up front. Purchased a used 2011 Jeep but got treated like I was buying a new Infiniti QX80 Limited.
