Great place to buy a car
Sonia was awesome to work with. She was professional, personable and knew a ton about the cars my wife and I test drove. She even helped my wife program her phone after the sale before we left. It's me again.
It's me again. I made a review , a poor review for this location because of the unprofessionalism i felt back on June 18th , which begin on June 4th. . I could go on to explain that ... but this is actually a reply to that review-( a recap good outcome review ). I cannot find the actual post to reply to it. Basically my problem, my situation was fixed. Mr. D. Baker was his name. I was very disappointed until I spoke with Mr. Baker. He probably couldn't fix the actual problem but taking the time , respecting me as a person and that I appreciate. SALES is SALES and i understand not everyone will be happy. But Customer service is a must and I got that. It felt like the first day I arrived at the dealership. I still think my sales guy Robert was cool. I understand he has a job to do. Thank you for helping me Mr. D. Baker!!!
