We have purchased four used SUVs through Mike Smalley...

We have purchased four used SUVs through Mike Smalley over the years. Two from Infinit Hoffman. The whole experience was above excellence. Pat Bray was very courteous, helpful, considerate, and just allowed us to have a no pressure experience overall. The whole experience from start to finish was a breeze and we were treated with professionalism and respect. Mike S. went above and beyond and even offered changing out the old, worn out remotes for us and getting us a second key for the truck. He was very honest and open about information/history of the truck we were buying. This time around, it just felt like we were "old friends" :)! Will definitely be buying our future cars at this dealership. All employees there were very friendly and courteous as well. Just an excellent overall experience and I highly recommend this dealership.

This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying...

This was by far the easiest and most pleasant car buying experience I have ever had. I am a mother of 5 kids with a full time job and little time to go shopping for anything much less a car. I was searching online for a used car when I came across the Pathfinder. Nick was kind enough to work with me over the phone since I lived about an hour away from the dealership. When I got to the dealership for the purchase, everhthing had already been set up, and I only had to wait a short time for the bank approval of the vehicle purchase. Hands down a perfect buying experience and I would recommend Nick to anyone looking for a car.

This was my first time purchasing a car from Infiniti. My overall experience at this dealership was fantastic. Even the reception personnel were friendly! Alan Murad was the car salesman who helped me find the right car. He was awesome!! He had a ton of patience with me and wasn't overly aggressive in pushing me into a decision. I was very comfortable working with him; he had a great sense of humor.

The sales representative was very friendly and helpful. I went in on saturday expecting to leave with a vehicle and I did. After the sale he called to checked up on me and see how I like the vechicle. He was very considerate and professional. He made tedious ordeal a little bit bareable.

The Buying Experience: It all started when my 1991 Celica finally died. It was time for an upgrade. I was shopping online motorwerks.com and I saw my baby! 2006 Infiniti G35 coupe pearl white with all the upgrades :) The next day I went into the dealer and was greeted by Alan. He was so pleasant to work with I felt like he was one of my good friends. We took my baby for a nice ride and I knew if was time to talk. Thats where I met Mike Smalley the Sales Manager. Another very friendly employee. He listened to all my needs, budget and not once did I ever feel pressured to buy or do anything I wasn't comfortable with. He did his magic with the numbers and I had myself a new car! Oh not to mention Mike gave me a little love ($) for my antique 1991 Celica which went towards my new ride. After the Purchase: I visit Infiniti Hoffman Estates at least 2-3 times a week not only for a car wash but to talk to Mike and Alan. Its nice to walk into a place where they know you by name and not a dollar sign. I feel so comfortable there that I have even spent 2 hours working on a project for work on my laptop. They have free wifi, some amazing coffee and beverages. Its like my second home. I would recommend to any of you in the market for a car to stop by and take a visit. Everyone is so nice, friendly and they have a really clean beautiful facility. Ask for Alan Murad tell him Sam sent you!

Truly the definition of a "Great Car Buying...

Truly the definition of a "Great Car Buying Experience"! From the zero pressure of absolutely everyone I encountered, to the presentation of the car and the ammenities of the waiting room, I couldn't have asked for a calmer, more professional experience. Joel and Mike were up front with all the negotiations and once the deal was completed were so prepared that I was driving my new (used) car home within the hour. Thanks again for the experience and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the market.

I was debating about the G25x and the G37x. It wasn't about the money, but rather which car best fit my needs. Alan was very helpful and didn't try to push me to the higher priced vehicle. They did a great job serving my needs before their own - something that I very rarely say about any business today. Thank you.

Again, thanks to the staff at the dealership, but a very thank you to Dorothy Victorson who went over and above my expectation. I was in the market to replace my totalled vehicle (2006 X5 BMW) which was the purpose of my trip to the dealership. Your dealership had what I was looking for but there was a situation which caused me not to be able to get that particular vehicle but Dorothy took it upon herself to find another vehicle for me. Which she did. Thanks to Dorothy for not giving up and locating another vehicle of which I am quite satified with. In the future, when purchasing a vehicle, I will consider Infiniti of Hoffman Estate.
