My experience at Infinity of Hoffman Estates was top notch! I enjoyed working with Dorothy was who was patient and very detail oriented. She made buying a new car so enjoyable. We explored a few difference options, to make sure the option was the right one for me. I just love my new car! She is a beauty. Joe Link from the service department also was very professional and helpful to me. My car looked PERFECT when I came to pick her up. She even had a big bow on her which made my day and reassured me that I made the right choice! Thank you again and again! I would go back to this dealership again.

I initiated discussions with Michael regarding the...

I initiated discussions with Michael regarding the purchase of a new or pre-owned vehicle back in December. Events then became such that I wasn't ready to purchase at that time and he understood completely. I contacted Michael again in February and he was as helpful and responsive as I remembered. He spotted a vehicle he knew I might like and sent me all of the infomation. The deal was put together the next day. Because Michael was in the hospital, the turnover and education on the vehicle was turned over to Dorothy Victorson who I met on the day of purchase. Dorothy represented the consummate professional in every way and took as much time as necessary to ensure that I had a complete understanding of the vehicle and its systems before I left the dealership. The patience she showed in spending over an hour with me at closing time with no concern regarding time was indeed laudable. Additionally, Dorothy made it clear in a very sincere manner, that I should call her whenever necessary, to answer any and all remaining questions that may arise. I am in the business of differentiating through exemplary customer service and was unduly impressed by my expreience at your dealership. Rest assured, I will share with others and do look forward to a longstanding relationship with Infiniti of Hoffman Estates.

Very attentive, professional, courteous staff. Sales Manager was fair and reasonable. Salesman was always available and was easy to get a hold of. Sevice team is fast and perform high quality work. I would recommend this dealership for both sales and service.

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. ...

This was the best car buying experience I've ever had. When I walked into the dealership there were 3 possible makes/models I was still considering and I planned to stop in at least three more dealerships. I didn't know if I would buy a new or pre-owned vehicle or if I would buy or lease. Nik was very patient and helpful working through all of the Infiniti options with me. Once I made a decision I told Nik and Chris the time at which I needed to leave the dealership in order to make another committment. Knowing that the time-frame was shorter than any other I've experienced when purchasing a vehicle I suggested that I take delivery a different day so that there was enough time. They insisted that we could get through everything in-time which included getting the vehicle from another dealership. When it came to the financing, I spent significantly less time in Dave's office then with any other buying experience. In the end, I walked out of the dealership 15 minutes before the tight deadline I requested.

Infiniti of Hoffman Estates, under the dedicated leadership of Chris Conglis, creates a wonderful experience for purchasing and servicing of vehicles. I just purchased my second consecutive M series and every part of the transaction was enjoyable. Nik Joshi was very helpful and a wealth of information on setting up my new M series and David Abraham in finance also helped create a terrific experience. Let's do it again!

Dorothy helped to make our car buying experience...

Dorothy helped to make our car buying experience extremely pleasurable. She spent the time with us to explain all the great features of the car we ended up purchasing. We spent the afternoon considering many different vehicles, and she took us for test drives in all; taking the time to explain the features of each car, and helping us with our decision. We ended up purchasing a G37x, and we love it. No pressure, we quickly agreed on a price, and made the decision to purchase. Dorothy spent the rest of the day with us to explain the many features of the car, navigation system, and other things we needed to know. She stayed with us well past closing time to make sure we understood all the features, and to congratulate us on our purchase. Thanks Dorothy! I highly recommend this dealer, and ask for Dorothy!

When I visited I wasn't sure that I was going to buy a car. Christian who was the new rep who assisted me was not only VERY low pressure, but incredibly knowledgeable and very friendly. At no point did I feel like he would force me to purchase the car, or give me a hard sales line. During the test drive I felt as if he was one of my friends helping me understand the vehicle and giving me his thoughts. He was extremely helpful in reaching out after the purchase to verify if everything was ok and if there was anything that he could do more to assist me. When I realized I didn't have the manual he went even further (again after the sale) and found one and had it mailed off to me. I would strongly recommend anyone to look for Christian Hieras when you go to this dealership.

We met with Dorothy at the dealership. She was very helpful and friendly and was not pushy at all. We were never rushed by Dorothy or Mike, the manager. She answered all of our questions. We are very happy with the service we received at this dealership. We have been treated very well, even after the purchase. We would purchase another vehicle here.
