The salespeople at Infiniti Hoffman Estates are very professional and helped me find the perfect car. I would highly recommend purchasing a car from this location! Everyone is very nice and helpful.

I first time visited this dealership. I had confirmation number with discount. They tried to charge full amount. 😒 But after I show them confirmation they gave me discount but stil not what supposed to be. Of course $10-$20 it's not big deal. But when s no honest it's bad. They didn't wash the car after they service. Some sales guys didn't have face mask(anyone may feel uncomfortable because of that). I don't think I will back to this place

I felt like I was in good hands. All repairs were done in a timely manner and I appreciated the coupons that I received in the mail.

Great experience!! Sebastian in the service department was very professional & accommodating. The service was done quickly & I was able to get my work done in the lounge with a great cup of coffee.

When I scheduled my appointment, the person taking my call was cheerful and was very helpful. When dropping my car- it took several minutes for someone to come and talk to me. When I came to pick up my car - I checked in at the cashier first. She seemed to be bothered and was very snotty when my paperwork was not there. When my car was finally brought up by James - he was very pleasant. Made time to go over an issue and you could tell he cared about his job.

Service and follow up was good repairs were high Parts were reasonable however, charges for spark plugs and minor seemed high to me. You got this done fast and I appreciate that!
