INFINITI of Hoffman Estates

I've been taking my wife's truck to Infiniti for many years. This visit was however very disappointing. We are in the middle of a pandemic and front employees have no regard for health and safety. Walking around with NO MASKS! THIS IS A BUSINESS AND NOT YOUR PERSONAL HOME! Take your political stance somewhere else. That is the ONLY reason why anyone in this deadly pandemic would think it's okay to walk around without a mask. The ladies in the front (the two cashiers) are a disgrace! There were at least 7 other employees, walking around without masks as well. As a paying customer I expect the highest safety precautions taken at a business. I'm disgusted and disappointed.

Oscar was amazing. Kept me informed of where my repair was along the way. Very nice to work with. Everyone I spoke with was very nice and easy to work with.

Five star experience. Sebastian scheduled the appointment and was the service advisor for our maintenance visit. New ownership has our service visit off to a great start.

Sad that it is no longer part of the motorwerks brand. I’m happy that some of the staff was retained at this location. I have had very pleasant dealings with motowerks and had excellent experience yesterday as the Ziegler group. Overall I would return to this location if a new car is needed.

It was great time visiting our local Infinty dealership at Hoffman State! QX60 was little pricey and over my budget but what can I say, I like the car since I thought about it and nothing you can do when you fall in love!

Alex went above and beyond to get me a good deal that was hard to get... I would recommend him to anyone trying to buy a new car...

I am a former Lexus owner, new to Infiniti. There is a starck difference in customer service models between the two. This dealership is new vehicle sales aggressive as you wait for you vehicle to be serviced. Service staff is mediocre, always seem to be preoccupied and inattentive, and frankly uninterested. Atmosphere is just different than what Ive experienced at other luxury dealerships.

Alex made my first car buying experience a great one! I felt comfortable and he was able to answer all my questions and let me view all my options before choosing a car. Throughout the entire car buying process Alex did an outstanding job and I would highly recommend him!

At first it was a rough experience from a different salesman but Alex saved the day.. Alex is a great person to work with when buying a new or used car. Don't hesitate to purchase from him!

You all should not waste people’s time with the ads that you post knowing that they are lies and misleading. The ad I saw said one price with delivery included. When I finally spoke with the agent and he forwarded me the docs, it was almost 4K over and I would have had to pay an additional $450 to have the vehicle delivered and that was not right and you all know it but I wanted the vehicle so oh well. But I couldn’t ever honestly refer anyone to you all in the future.
