I brought my car in to have the 3 year old battery replaced. I brought it here because I got the last battery here (Infinity of Hoffman) and did not want to lose any of my memory settings. That was a mistake. Much to my surprise and huge disappointment, all my settings were lost when they got finished. I even mentioned my concerns about the memory settings when I made the appointment. Certainly not what I expected. I will find another dealer for future service needs.

Alex and Sharif were very helpful to our needs and concerns. They had all the answers we needed. Joe was extremely professional with the paperwork.

Staff was very friendly. Not what I expected Alex my salesman made me feel very comfortable. Everyone as well. Especially enjoyed conversation with the owner. Thx to everyone. And I realized that I need to give the car back to you guys cause I love it too much!!!!😀
