Went in for a cabin air filter replacement, and left with...

Went in for a cabin air filter replacement, and left with a total bill of $152.00. Thats $90.00 for a fifteen minute job, $32.00 for a paper filter that's $18.00 at any parts/online purchase, $13.00 for a bacterial prevention/deodorize spray that I never agreed to, $12.00 for miscellaneous charges, and tax. The average cost for a Nissan cabin air filter replacement is between $54 and $67. Labor costs are estimated between $26 and $33 while parts are priced between $28 and $34 . Lesson learned, never go to an Infinity dealer when a Nissan Dealer is around the corner!!!

The service personnel Ziegler are great. Very thurough...

The service personnel Ziegler are great. Very thurough and trustworthy. Much better than the treatment i have received at other Infinity dealers. My son also had work done; was satisfied as well. We live in chicago but feel Ziegler of Hoffman is worth the drive for service.

Friendly, reliable , accurate and fast service, Carlo was great. His way of handling customers is a great example of how customer service should be. The recommendations he offered where low pressure and based on vehicle needs. Not once did I get the feeling he was trying to manage my pockets.

The problem with my car was the inability to open the rear trunk door I have a new car and for the first time I encountered such a situation after reaching the site, he did not even have to deal with the car by a mechanic because two customer service employees helped me, one of them is Dag and the other Sebastian very nice service I recommend all

Totally positive experience

Everyone was knowledgeable and professional. Salesman went out of his way to locate the car model I was looking for, even checking inventory of neighboring dealerships. Would definitely recommend this place to friends.
