Only reason I didn’t rate higher is that the bill was not correct. The manager took care of it within a few minutes. Otherwise everything was excellent.

The overall service was exceptional and the service manager, Doug, was knowledgeable and professional. The waiting time was reasonable. I was very impressed with the cleaning of the vehicle after service was completed.

Purchase was extremely easy and the process exceeded my expectations. The dealer had numerous Q50s to choose from. Joel Gappa was an expert on the Infiniti product.

This was by far the most pleasurable experience I’ve ever...

This was by far the most pleasurable experience I’ve ever had purchasing a car. The entire staff was so helpful and welcoming. My Salesman Alex Alverio was very knowledgeable in the vehicle line and really made me feel like a valued customer. From beginning to end the GM Mike Messer, Tony Guzman and finance specialist Joey Vallejo bent over backwards to help get me in my dream car. They’ve earned a new customer for life.

Service was great. The procedures for social distancing were safe. They were Just a little long wait (1 1/2 hours) for an oil change.
