Stan, and Luis were incredible, they answered all my questions and made sure I was happy with my purchase. Stan walked me through the car multiple times and made sure I was all set up even installed an app on my phone. I’m definitely getting my next car here! All the people in the dealer ship are polite and helpful!

Bill Neuman is your man!

Bill Neuman was the Sale Agent that sold me my 2018 Subaru Crosstrek. Bill was incredibly professional, friendly, and made the entire car buying experience as pleasant as possible. I really appreciated his going the extra mile to get all of the details on the vehicle for me and even during negotiations never made us feel uncomfortable or pressured. A major plus was when he invited us to enjoy the employee catered mexican food in the back lunch room after a grueling afternoon negotiations (which I am 99% responsible for). It was a nice touch and made us feel like he cared about us as customers. Another point that my partner and I really appreciated was how he laid out the standard "dealer add-ons". That is to say, he made it very clear what they were selling, what came with the package and what did not and how it would apply to my off-brand vehicle. We chose not to purchase said add-ons, but compared to the other sales people we have dealt with, it was clear Bill was more interested in establishing a long-term seller-buyer relationship based on trust and mutual respect than simply landing a sale. There is so much more to say but I will close with the most important piece, which is, I would be more than happy to recommend Bill to anyone looking to purchase a new vehicle. He is a man of integrity, professionalism, and I actually believe he had my best interest in mind. Do yourself a favor and buy a car from this man.

The best thing to happen to me was walking into Infiniti and meeting Bill. He took his time, gave me all his attention and answered all questions I had. Bill made it extremely easy for me to make the right decision. Just when I thought I was working with the best, here comes Joseph Vallejo!! While Bill was helping me realize how much I loved the beautiful Q70L sitting right in front of my eyes, Joseph helped me to make it happen! He worked with me and got me a deal I could not refuse! I was very confident making the decisions I made. These two by far are the best team I've ever worked with when buying a car! There is no doubt in my mind that I would definitely work with them again!! I would not hesitate to send people their way because I know they will treat them just a well as they did me!! A few days after my purchase I took my car back in to the service department to have the clear coating done. Talk about continuing the great service. Carlo Alvar called me the day before I went in to ask if there was anything I needed for the drop off. He offered me a loaner car so that my day was not interrupted. He even went as far as giving me choices in the loaner car so that I could be comfortable!! I am extremely happy with my car! My wife will be looking for a new car in the months to come...guess where and who we will be seeing again!! I can't say "THANK YOU" enough!!

Infiniti QX60 Used Purchase 06/20

Personal, Considerate and Friendly. Syed, Tony and Joey were very nice to work with. I am very pleased with my Infiniti QX60 and the whole experience.

I came in for an oil change but realized I made my appointment at the wrong company. Infiniti Hoffman Estates used to be owned by Motor Werks and I made my appointment at Motor Works versus Infiniti of Hoffman Estates. I called on my way down after I realized my appointment was at the wrong place and Infiniti Hoffman Estates was very gracious and they took me in. Doug was my service advisor. I was very happy that he was so honest with me when presenting other recommended maintenance options. In other words, I didn’t feel like I was being taken advantage of like I actually have felt at other dealerships. I will definitely go back to Doug at Infiniti Hoffman Estates for future maintenance needs.

I usually hate dealing with car dealers and salesman, however Bill Neuman was a breath of fresh air! We just went a couple weeks ago to see what kind of car I would want, as I wasn't sure what kind, type, etc. We ran into Bill, and he offered so many details on many different kinds of cars, and helped me realize that Infiniti was the car for me. However, I wasn't ready to buy then as we were going out of town and didn't want to deal with buying a car that day. Unlike most car sales people, Bill was not at all pushy and told us to contact him when we were ready. We did come back a couple of weeks later, and wanted to make sure we dealt with Bill, not just for his detailed knowledge, but also for the honest person he is. I just got my AWESOME Q50 (never thought I could afford it) and now my fiance is jealous of me! He loves it as much as I do! If it wasn't for Bill, I dont think I would be happy buying any other car. Thank you Bill for being fun, honest, a real person and not pushy! I would DEFINITELY recommend Bill to anyone who wants to buy a car, especially Infiniti! By the way, Joe Vallejo in the finance dept, was GREAT to work with too. He was able to handle my fiance with his jokes, and even gave it back to him! LOL! Never thought that we would enjoy buying a car. I've purchased many cars, and this was the best experience I/we ever had! Thank you again Bill and Joe!

Everyone was pleasant. Very helpful. I called on the day of my service and they fit me in . Had some issues with scratches, and they are going to get me estimate this week. Nice people to do business with! David Butler is not on your list, he was excellent as well.

Traded a Car , Purchased a car.

I have purchased three cars in the past at Infinity of Hoffman Estates. Alec was very patient , and informative, and found exactly what I was looking for. I traded in a car that I purchased at Infinity of Hoffman Estates, for a vehicle that was perfectly suited for me. I could not be happier, with the price of my trade in and my car I purchased.
