Where do I start... This dealership was a night and day difference to a similar dealership that was in the area. I first, originally bought a car at another dealership CPO, but come to find out shortly thereafter, the car had plenty of issues that does not match it being a CPO. Felt like false advertisement. Once I was able to get my money back, I was able to find my way over to this Infiniti. The Process was so much smoother and less rushed here. Plenty of talking and personalizing that just made the experience so much more comforting for someone buying their first car. And Thorough! There was not a single skipped detail in the whole process. The emails and the help I received after such a bad previous experience was awesome. They want to see happy customers and you can tell. Recurring customers is more important with this retailer and especially to Joel, that you immediately feel like they are doing as much as they can to cater to you. All around fantastic experience and would buy from here again in a heartbeat. The only CON I have is the prices on some vehicles being slightly odd. Similar cars with similar trims and mileage being priced thousands apart with no apparent issues. Likely what they cost at auction has something to do with it but still.

I had the pleasure of working with Uzayr. My fiancé had called ahead because we already knew what we wanted, as I saw the car listed in Auto Trader. Uzayr had the car ready for us by the time we got there and was very pleasant upon arriving. We were in a bit of a rush so we let Uzayr know that we didn’t have much time when we got there. He was very cognizant of this and respectful of our time. He had my car appraised while I test drove the new car. By the time we got back, he had all documents ready to go. This was one of the quickest car buying experiences I’ve had. Uzayr really made this a positive experience for us. He understood and asked questions regarding our financial limitations. We are in the process of buying a home, so our lender was very firm in telling us what we needed to stick to. Uzayr made this happen along with the his manager, Geno. Joe from finance was also very pleasant and quick. The entire team made it a very quick, easy, and positive experience.

Mr. Bill Newman made my day. His customer service was exceptional. Great personality. Someone you feel you can trust. Needless to say my wife and I bought our dream car.
