Working with Infiniti of HE was a great experience, all the staff we ran into were exceptionally helpful, polite and personable. They were not pushy but, assisted in our quick and satisfying purchase. The staff also picked up the trade in from our home and they were very professional and wore PPE to obtain the vehicle. While at the dealership Both Simon and Louise were great to work with! Thank you again.

This was my first visit since Ziegler took over the dealership and it was a pleasant experience. Doug was very helpful. Care was done right and very clean when returned to me. Only concern was the folks in the cashier area were not wearing masks.

The team at Infiniti that we worked with was great. Bill helped us at the facility but the other sales rep/mgr (Stan and Geno) where also helpful and very nice to work with. Our visit with Bill was 5 star across the board. Would highly recommend him and this facility to others

Great service . Didn't have to wait long. Car was brought back once an very clean. Lounge was clean and comfortable. Coffee was very good

My experience with your service/ parts department was not your normal expected service. I waited a couple hours to get my tires rotated , car inspection and car washed in which they did not wash the interior windows.

Good service overall Knowledgeable service team definitely will be back for service carlo was very nice and Friendly and helpful he answered all the questions that i have excellent job.

I felt like I was hustled @ extended warranty.. Didn’t deliver what was promised in terms of registering vehicle . I am still waiting for a second key .

Enjoyed my experience except for the attempt at financing. I told them the rate of my credit union and they told me they could beat it. After 45 min they could not. Just a waste of time.
