James explained the service needed very well. Price seemed high which was not fault of James. Work was done on time. Loaner car was clean.

I previously used this dealership exclusively for Infiniti service, however the change in personnel & ownership will not bring me back any longer. I will select an Infiniti dealership more convenient to my home.

James, in the service department, is exceptional. He went above and beyond texting me pictures of the issues with my car. Everything was fixed extremely quick and I was very happy with my experience.

They were really good!! I went to another infiniti dealership and they didnt try to help me at all and this is after I had already bought from them.. Alex and Gino got me in a better car and got me a reasonable deal.. that's all I wanted was to be treated fairly and they went above and beyond! I buy from them again and I'm recommending friends
