Used car purchase

Joel and the team were great to work with and the service was excellent. They let me take the car off the lot to let my mechanic check it, there were no high-pressure sales tactics when I wanted to do more research, and they were very straightforward on why the car & my trade-in were priced a certain way, yet they were still willing to work with me on a deal at my pace. I've purchased several used cars. This is the way the experience should work.

Jole Gappa was the incredible man we delt with on the purchase of our Denali truck. I looked at honestly hundreds of trucks online. Lots of dead ends and people honestly just not being open and transparent with the numbers. Joel followed through on everything and was such a pleasure to work with!! A vehicle purchased "AS is" without an extended warranty can result in possible uncovered repairs. Vehicle pass an inspection prior to being available. With any pre-owned vehicle you cannot predict when the vehicle may have an issue.

I have had a company car since 2001. I finally had to purchase a car so technically this was my first car “buying” experience. I have leased many times. This was the best experience I have had in a car dealership. Top notch customer service. Joel was outstanding. He loves his job and takes pride in motor werks and Infiniti of HE. He was professional, personable and thorough. He explained everything and made sure I was comfortable with my new purchase. I live in MI and will continue to buy cars from Motor Werks and from Joel.
