The good: good car selection and purchase was easy transaction. The bad: no customer support after the sale - don’t expect a call back after purchase.

I was introduced to the staff of the service department when arriving to have the Zurich Shield applied to my 2020 QX50. Everyone was very accommodating and willing to answer questions I had about my new vehicle. I spoke mainly to David and Carlo but all employees were very pleasant.

The service advisor was knowledgeable and great to work with. He dealt with the insurance company and made sure they addressed all repair issues. Highly recommend both him and the service center.

My only issue that I have is that I have a 2019 Q50 with no ding until I completed the service. I try to keep my car clean and immaculate, but disappointed that it didn’t stay that way. The staff was prompt to issue my paperwork, fetch the courtesy vehicle and explain what services will be performed associates to the oil change and recall.

Appointment was very easy to schedule with staff and offered flexible hours. Friendly and clean environment. Time indicated for the service needed was very reasonable.

Great people to work with! I was leery going in as a single woman by myself buying a car but they all made me feel so comfortable. They worked with me to make sure I got the best deal and never hesitated to answer any question that I had. Can’t imagine a better group of guys to deal with. Thanks so much to Joel, Geno, and Ryan for making this such an easy process. So happy with my new QX50!

Great and friendly staff - very easy to setup and appointment and kept me informed and updated on progress. Even after pick up when malfunction appeared, service and tech was able to quickly resolve!
