This dealership was amazing. I brought my car in on a Saturday afternoon. Jimmy & Carlo were able to get me a loaner and my car was ready the following Tuesday even though parts had to be ordered. I was kept informed every step of the way. It was a fantastic experience and my car runs like a new car!! Great job.

Great Service

customer service was great. first oil change and tire rotation was complimentary. and had minor issue with back windshield water dispenser that was replaced. very convenient. was given loaner auto while service was completed. highly recommend.

So far I have been very impressed by the service of both the Sales and Service Department at Hoffman Estates Infiniti. I am a repeat Infiniti buyer, love the product quality and style. I picked Hoffman Estates Infiniti to purchase my vehicle because of the reputation of MW, the service, loaner availability and the free car washes! Love this place.

Excellent Service for Family from Indiana interested in QX60

Drove in to look at a QX60. Geno made the negotiations easy. In addition, Alex, Uzays, Geno, Tony, and Ryan were all very helpful, which made the process proceed smoothly. All questions were answered. Would definitely recommend this dealership and this team.

They performed services on car that I did not OK. Sebastian did NOT return my phone calls Friday about this service., I will come back on Monday and look for the manager.

Service person is rude. He gave me almost 2k worth of services for my car when i said I’ll look it over. Is replied “”ok I’ll just call you when your car is done I have other customers to attend to..

2015 Explorer

I found a used Ford Explorer on the their website and made an appointment. Uzayr had the car waiting and ready for test drive, upon deciding to purchase the car was washed and gassed. gret courteous service all around. I will purchase from this dealership in the future.

I had to wait close to 1/2 hour before I was helped. Once someone began to check me in was told I could not use the motor Werks gift card. Was told to go to Motor Werks in Barrington. I did not have a great experience. 😞
