INFINITI of Hoffman Estates

This is my best experience purchasing a new vehicle , great people made my purchase fast and easy , I’ve got what I was looking for with a great deal.

We were looking at a used Jeep Charokee. Had a question about some information on the Carfax. The salesman just kind of blew it off with an off-hand remark. The salesman said the car was traded in by the one-time owner. Carfax had "someone" listed as a second owner for one month and 8000 miles. The more I look at it, the more I think something funny went on at the dealer. We had to wait nearly an hour while they tried to find financing. (they did get me a good rate) The finance guy's printer ran out of toner halfway through the process and it took him ten minutes to find a new cartridge. Imagine my surprise as I drove home and noticed a crack in the windshield. I hadn't noticed it before purchasing, because the dealer had a big "2014" sticker over it. My salesman changed from nice to all business when I called to complain. He made sure to mention that the car was sold "as is" and that they would be happy to fix it - for a price. He would have his service department call me with the price - which they never did. All in all, I think I got a pretty good deal with good financing, but what a terrible experience that has left me feeling uncertain about the car and sure that I will never go back there with it unless I have to.

Best Experience ever, great Manager and sales person, made my sale so easy and friendly and they were able to help me out in that i was looking for, I will recommend friends and family, me and my wife are very happy with our purchase.

Alex did a great job of providing us the best customer service possible and putting us in the car that we were looking for. He went above and beyond getting us the car we came in here for. I would strongly recommend Alex to buy a car from. Very friendly and pressure free.

Both Dodie and Amin were friendly, courteous and professional. Dodie was very polite but direct so we were able to reach an agreement on price.
