PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALRSHIP / READ DOUBLE CHECK CONTRACT...

PLEASE AVOID THIS DEALRSHIP / READ DOUBLE CHECK CONTRACT FOR CLEARSHIELS PROTECTION Plan/Cover (BS ADD-ON TO CONTRACT) CHECK YOUR CONTRACT IF YOU ALREADY BOUGHT A CAR HERE. FORD PERFORMANCE WEST COVINA. DATE OF PURCHASE 11/2020 Michael A. Aragon is a real sneaky sales rep. to just complete the sale of a used car (MUSTANG 2020) in Nov 2020. He had promise me to get minor scratches on my car repaired because it use to be a rental. I then had no issues onto purchasing the vehicle from here. When the time came to have scratches repaired it was almost as if I asking to for my money back which that is not the case i just want my CAR FIXED AND CONTRACT FIXED. They all seem to be confused and unaware of getting anything repaired. Names are Sam (Hussen Ali Chahine), and Michael Aragon who clearly didn't want to assist me anymore and was blaming me for the current scratches the vehicle ALREADY HAD, this is unbelievable. Then after reviewing my contract because I wanted to return the car, I came across section 1. E (OPTIONAL) CLEARSHIELS PROTECTION Plan/Cover that I never agreed to and everyone at the dealership stated that its standard charge (BS) its not, except Robert J. Ball whose the "Manager" agreed that he would assist onto removing that extra charge of 1295 dollars from my contract. Yet no update has been made to my contract I still currently have that bogus charge. They had also at the time needed to stay home due to Covid-19 which I was very understanding about and gave them 2-3 months to assist me... nothing. I then texted Robert today on 2/2/21 and mentioned to him that nothing had been done you haven't called or updated me. He then tells me that I shouldn't assume that nothing had been done, which I clearly also find as BS. Purchased 3 cars from here and never had an issue until the 3rd one. WHY treat a good returning customer this way???? Taking my business elsewhere I hate writing reviews but this place left me with no choice after 3 month. AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID KEEP THE $1295... YOU GUYS MAY NEED IT MORE THAN ME CORRUPTED DEALERSHIP The charge i never agreed to.

It was a pleasure doing business with the team. Very upfront and honest in providing details and they 100% delivered on getting me the vehicle I wanted for the price I could afford.

Great customer service only if you're willing to p

I've been shopping and buying cars here for the last 2 years servicing all of my vehicles including my fleet vehicles for my company requested to get my lock code for my door from the truck I bought from them refuse to give it to me unless I pay $89 then tells me the dealership that sold me the truck should have gave me this code Angela gave me a second key funny thing is you are the dealership that sold me the truck I talked to the sales manager oh we're not the same owner so we can't do nothing but we can do it for $90 I bought a car from you two months ago I guess I'm not your customer and I guess I will never be your customer again and I'll make sure I let everybody I know and I will post on every social media that I can find how horrible customer service you are The previous owners were so much better

Ford Ranger XLT

I had the truck in 2 times to fix the window seal because it had gaps on the drivers side. They never got it fixed right so I had to do it myself with some CA glue. I now have 10,000 miles on it and have no problems what so ever with the truck. My gas millage is always aroung 20 to 21.7 mpg. Truck has a ton of power. The one I got had every option on it which was more things than I can still figure out. ( not a bad think just a lot to learn)

Bad service

I like the van very much. You have to be very careful,because after you pay the money, the seles will be irresponsible. No responsibility after the sale.

Disappointed

I was "pre-approved" before I went. The salesperson assured me I was preapproved and took me out to the lot to pick a car. I finally found a low priced car under 10000 that I liked, I was there over 2 hours altogether when i was finally told they could not approve me. Very deceptive and a waste of my time.

Good Service

I had been here for my door latch problem, its been fixed and deliver with in stipulated time. Eric was my service agent and he did all work done. Thank You. Further i found all staffs are friendly and supportive.

Great Experience!

Had a great experience with Ivan and Sam! Super nice and patient and was able to work out the numbers to get us a deal! Definitely would recommend Performance Ford to anyone. Awesome customer service.
