That resulted in a satisfied customer and a sale for the dealership. I’m very pleased. Shane ( finance ) is an awesome human. Thorough and informative he helped me make the right decisions.

I wasted a whole day waiting for the service department
I wasted a whole day waiting for the service department to do a simple job on my Ram. Appointment made a week in advance. Had the truck dropped off by 10:30am. Told Ethan at the front desk it was not an option to leave my vehicle overnight. I was told it needed to cool from the drive over and it would be a 1.5 hr job (45 degrees outside). I had to call at 4pm to be told they had not touched it and it would have to be left overnight and no they can not give me a ride 30 miles away! Get back in my truck, engine cool to the touch. Unbelievable. There is a serious lack of respect and basic knowledge of the vehicle in the service department. I will never return. I would go anywhere else! Do not waste your time or money with these yahoos.
