Service advisor Shane Sutton did an excellent job making sure my vehicle was being serviced in a timely manner and I was out of there much earlier than expected.

I recently schedule the 60,000 miles service for my Chrysler 300. I did it online and somehow didn’t do it correctly, but Shane was able to accommodate me when I showed up for my appointment at 9am on a Saturday. Shane was knowledgeable, prompt and responsive. No mysterious charges were racked in at the end. The Lithia Team even went above and beyond by bringing me my garage door opener when I realized I didn’t take the right key and was locked out of my house! Kaitlin saved my bacon in that one because it was COLD outside. Overall, it was an excellent experience and worth the price tag!

My first service for my new Jeep Cherokee. Friendly staff, informative, and timely servic. Nice waiting room With beverage and snack amenities. They also checked my car for recall issues and resolved them. Easy peasy

Harper Wimble and Todd (Robert Byrnes) were excellent to us. We started out looking at used Jeep Unlimiteds. Ended up purchasing a new Jeep Gladiator, because of its higher towing capacity, and because of the current sales promotion on 2023 Jeeps. Harper spent time over multiple days educating us about the Jeep product line, and answered a lot of questions for us. Eventually, we figured out that the Gladiator was better for our needs than the Unlimited because of its higher towing capacity. Todd is also VERY knowledgeable about the Jeep product line as well. We liked working with both of them, and they both treated us nicely. Todd helped us figure out why our Jeep was going into Auto Park while I was attempting to drive it into the garage for the first time today. It turns out that it doesn't like us opening doors while the engine is running. The manual did NOT make that clear! We liked that the two of them worked together to meet our needs.

Scott was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and its features, answered all of my questions, and made the experience very pleasant. Shannon was great as well and explained all of my options as well as clearly explaining all of the documents as we signed.

The dealership was great. Quentin was especially kind working with me. He was helpful in taking note that my key fob was low on battery and asked if I wanted it replaced. I was in and out quickly and while waiting everyone made sure I was taken care of and comfortable.

I have had a wonderful experience at Lithia Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Bend. Logan Warr and the dealership managers went above and beyond to create value and satisfaction with my car purchase. I highly recommend the dealership.

Our salesman Harper was so incredibly nice and helpful! Jerome was so amazing with getting us approved also. We ended up getting out of an outrageous roll over with their help!
