Do not trust or buy from Napelton espicially the Napelton
Do not trust or buy from Napelton espicially the Napelton GMC Buick in Crystal Lake. We were told before buying the vehicle that it came with 3 years of onstar, wifi, Sirius, and remote access. We confirmed this again with the dealer before we purchased our vehicle. Napelton did a bait and switch on us. After the purchase, we went to set all of this up at the dealer and couldn't. Napelton assured us they would fix this and didn't. Then the Sales Manager told us flat out they wouldn't do anything and we were out of luck after it was too late. To get what we were told came with the car and were promised by the dealer, it would cost us at least an additional $1,500.

The sales agent Nick did not tell us until we were ready
The sales agent Nick did not tell us until we were ready to pull out of the dealership with our car that there was only one key fob. Then he informed us that they were already selling the car at a “loss” and then there was nothing he could do for us. It would cost us $400 or so for another fob. Then after speaking with manager he also said the same thing and would not do anything for us. Only one key fob is something that should be disclosed ahead of time. Then to say you are selling the car at a loss is such xx. How can you be in business if you sell cars at a LOSS. Find another dealer.

This was the 2nd GMC Terrain Denali that I purchased from Napleton. I was very pleased with my first purchase and the service that I received. For my new purchase Nicholas Durban was the salesman . Nicholas was exceptional in handling my car purchase and was very knowledgeable in explaining the feature of the new GMC that I purchased. Very nice salesman. The entire staff including Erick , Finance, were very social and friendly. Napleton is #1 in customer satisfaction.
