Junior, the sales rep and the mechanic were both very
Junior, the sales rep and the mechanic were both very helpful. Efficient, cared about my problem with my vehicle. The mechanic spent time to actually drive with me to listen for a noise. Taking the time for a customer to put them at ease, even if the noise doesn’t show up at that moment, I was told to return at any time. That is Customer service in my book.
