I purchased my 2025 from Performance Buick GMC in NJ on

I purchased my 2025 from Performance Buick GMC in NJ on 2/19/25. I live in NY, so I was given a temp plate while I waited for my registration so I could put my swapped over plates in once it was registered and New York State Inspected. Today is 4/10/25...My temporary plate EXPIRED on 3/20/25. I have reached out to the dealership multiple times, always getting promised a call back from the "office" and the Finance "Manager" Kyle. I was finally advised, after refusing to get off the phone until I spoke to Kyle, there was an issue with the bame in the insurance....which i rectified and sent back to him literally in 5 minutes. Kyle then told me the registration would be sent overnight mail as soon as it was in his possession. That was TEN DAYS AGO...10 days he has had it and still has not been received!! My plate is expired almost one month...noone bothering to contact me the issue...and now..NOTHING. Noone calls emails or mails the xxxx registration! I have gotten pulled over once and thank Goodness the cops believed what I cannot even believe....do you just B.S your out of state customers to make a sale? I gave a good review days after the sale expecting that they would keep their word...well, they haven't! Terrible terrible terrible! Shame on you, Kyle Bennett...big Business Manager or Big B.S'er? Is it too much to ask to finance a cheaper car, and make it much more expensive and now I cannot even drive in NY legally? DISGUSTING!

This was a great experience.

This was a great experience. My salesman Wilberto Lopez provided in depth details of the vehicle, the car deal, and proposed financing. The dealership was very helpful in getting the car deal completed in a timely fashion.

Everyone has always been attentive, respectful,

Everyone has always been attentive, respectful, professional, and willing to be helpful. Even though on occasion the car shudders, they have me bring it in to check. On one occasion the check engine icon came on, but they could not find anything conclusive. The light has not come on again since, but every so often there is a vibration. So I just keep observing. If something does occur, I am confident the service department will check it, and rectify it, if they find something definitive.
