made an appointment for 9 30, as car pulling to the right
made an appointment for 9 30, as car pulling to the right badly. I arrived at 9:20 and told them I would wait, the car sat outside till 10:20 before they pulled it in. Curtis came and told me that they drove it and it was pulling to the right, so they put right tire on left and drove it. Now pulling to the left, so they put tire on rear left and said to drive as lots of good tread on tire. I told them I wanted tire replaced as under warranty. Purchased tire on 1/17/24. Serviced and tires rotated, wheels torqued and relearned sensors on 4/03/24 (approximately 5,000 Miles). On 7/26/24 serviced and tires rotated, wheels torqued and relearned sensors. (approximately another 5700 miles, a total of 10500 miles on new tires). Robert called next day saying to come in and they would take tire off and put bubble on and said I could drive it that way till they found out what warranty would cover. Most people know a bubble tire is only for emergency use. so, since the warranty papers were not attached to the Bill of Sale on the tires, I looked the warranty up and filed a complaint. They called Curtis and told him to order a tire and replace tire. I was told to call Curtis and check with him to make sure He was doing it. He just chuckled.

Cade was good to work with. Of all the vehicles I have purchased over the years, he was right at the top of good salesman. He and the Brogden staff were very accommodating to my limited time schedule. Very pleasant experience !
