This is genuinely one of those places that i wish i can

This is genuinely one of those places that i wish i can give zero stars, THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!! My story is no different than all the rest of the people here writing how they got bait and switched. I wanted to purchase the car they have listed on their website and saw there internet price was 16k. i knew that there has to be more charges so i called and a women answered and told me the charges on this car are the doc charges for $175 and dmv charges of $300 and then the sales tax depending on where you live (I live in philly so it was 8%). In total, without negotiations, my out the door price should be around 17,500. i asked to speak to a sales agent and they said someone will call me back ( no one did). I called later and a different women answered, and i asked again, what are the additional charges on this car, and she gave me the exact same answer as the first. after confirming this, i booked an appointment to come purchase the car. after taking a 4.5 hour ride from Philly and spending $400 on an uber, i arrived. I went inside and right sat down with one of the sales agents (Chris). i told him i had an appointment and he had no idea i was coming saying who did you talk to? he then logged on his system and saw that i actually did have an appointment. he asked what car i wanted to see and i told him the mazda. we went out to see it and it was COMPLETELY scratched up, and i mean COMPLETELY! from bumper to bumper. He told me that they didn't prep it since they didn't know i was coming. I figured cool, i can take it to be detailed and i can take some cost off the car. once we sat down to talk price, he told me that the best he can do is $20,500!!! I said what!!!!! what are you talking about!! he said there were additional fees like low jack fees and stuff ( which are complete xx charges btw). I said i called and asked about those charges and no one said this, he said that the people you talked with on the phone are a different company that handle our incoming calls and we are not responsible for what they tell you. we fought for about an hour and after dropping the price down to 18500, i agreed just to not have to uber back home( another $400). After agreeing the slimy sales manager there said this price is contingent only if you finance and after a few calculations the basically brought my price up back to $20,500. after saying no, he then rudely kicked me out saying have fun ubering back home. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS. don't let what happened to me happen to you too!

Terrible Price advertised quickly shot up by $6000 with nonsense fees. Was willing to try to make a reasonable deal but they were not interested.

I stand corrected, Matt the service manager was a man of his work , after several phone calls he resolved my issue very quickly, I'm very satisfied with the outcome, I will continue to use the dealership for service, Joe the service writer was a gentleman and very informative, thank you very much. Matt the service manager is a coward, afraid to call customers back when their is an issue, seems no one cares , the dealership is a complete mess.

Horrible experience, 15k car and after test drive we sat

Horrible experience, 15k car and after test drive we sat down for the price. The car was advertised for 15k, and I presented the ad from the web. They added 7k to the original price of 15k for a total of 21,500. 1800 prep, 2k for LoJack, 2k certifications, ete. Don't waste your time. A little skully too but besides the point.

Car dealership added on 7 thousand dollars to the listing

Car dealership added on 7 thousand dollars to the listing price, lojack, dealer prep, etc. What a waste of time. Sale person was nice. He tried to convince me to not to worry about the fees, just concentrate on the price of 22k and what I want to offer. He wanted me to offer 19k, I said no I was going to start at the advertised price of 15k, the manager lowered the price by 1500 dollars. That's it. I walk out and said thank you

Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever! I called for a vehicle that I was interested in and the lady who answered set my appointment and I framed that the car is availed and the price is negotiable. I drove more than 4 hours to get there to find out that there is 7k in hidden fees. They refused to honor the online price, but agreed to lower 2k from their hidden fees. It ended up being 5k above the marked price. It seems that is a typical price grabber for the customer to come in and then get shocked with the higher marked up price. I ended up driving almost ten hours for nothing. Be aware for this unfair trade. I made a mistake by not reeding the reviews.

Called for a Tesla Model Y.

Called for a Tesla Model Y. Took 2 days and a ton of calls with "your information has been forwarded to manager". Some calls "oh they didnt forward your information to manager, let me get that done for you." Had a much better experience calling big city mitsubishi. Finally got an out the door price which included $5,000 in pre inspection fees, and other fees. Cannot wait for manufactures to sell direct to consumers, these dealerships need to close and need more autonation, carmax etc
