Classic "bait & switch"

Shady is an understatement, this dealership sale's team is almost illegal by other state's measures. Classic "bait & switch" tactics in 2023 lol. Will outright lies to you and tag on all sorts of fees on top of the advertised sale price. Don't give them a minute of your time nor a penny of your money. They'll all be out of a job soon and may be then they will learn from their mistakes.

Shady dealership

If I could give this place zero stars I would. I had contacted them on 4/8/2023 regarding a CLA50 that was advertised for $10,999. I was told to give them a call the day I was planning on coming down from Connecticut in order for them to get the car ready. So on 4/11/2023 I called and spoke with Breanna and was told that the car was now $12,999. Went up $2,000 in 3 days. Putting that aside I told her I was gonna be there in 3 hours, she said the car would be ready for me when I got there. I get there and the salesman Tony informs me that I could look at the car but it is not drive able, since it needs new tires and a few other things. I go check the car out and the tires are brand new, so obviously there is bigger issues then the tires. They tell me that they will call me when the car is ready. So now I have another 3 hour drive back to Connecticut for nothing. I called to speak to a manager and they passed the phone around. Buyers be aware that this place is shady and unprofessional. I had to learn that by wasting my day!!!

excellent dealer

I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends. My experience was great with this dealer in purchasing the Mitsubishi outlander. Very professional. Excellent

Buyer beware

If I could give the dealership 0 stars I would. The sales rep couldn’t remember my name 2 minutes later. The price of the car that was advertised was based on a $3k deposit and the car had 3 issues that were blatant. Do not waste your time.

RUN AWAY

Completely false advertising. Switch and Bait. Take my advice and RUN AWAY!! If they cant be upfront about the price what makes you think they gone be upfront about anything. I wouldnt buy a car from here is they paid me.

Pristine Mitsubishi deserves an award for excellence and

Pristine Mitsubishi deserves an award for excellence and the MVP is Andrew P. He’s genuine , honest and doesn't push to make you give more than you say your able to pay. U look online and schedule a test drive. Mitsubishis galore of course but surprisingly many other luxury brands included. This guy gets the job done and put me in a new 2019 (less than 20k miles)Ford Mustang and made the payments not much higher than my 13 Hyundai elantra. -300 down and low apr. I even convinced my wife that buying a mustang was something we had to do to be fiscally responsible. I dont know if she fully believed that but she loves taking it out for a spin. Thanks Andrew P. For saving me money and for trusting me enough to go with me on the test drive. The donuts were epic and we def made that light hehe j/k. But seriously check em out online and see for yourself. In and out under 2 hours and even checked in that night to see how I liked the car. Or to tell me not cool for the sick fishtails leaving the parking lot. Either way he sounded happy for me and The whole team at Pristine Mitsubishi made that the easiest and most enjoyable car buying experience period! Go to there website and see for yourself but make sure driving a really nice car for a really great price is something u want in your life:. Because thats what your gonna get when u do business with Pristine Mitsubishi.

Great experience

Andrew P was our salesman and he was very friendly and knowledgeable. He wasn’t pushy at all and helped us get the best deal possible. Everyone we dealt with at Pristine was a pleasure to work with. I would recommend this dealership for your next car purchase.

Drive right by

We purchased our Mitsubishi vehicle at another location. After a while we found a leak in the driveway. We thought it was an older (not old just older) car. It turned out to be the 2018 Mitsubishi. We went to the Commack location where they identified the problem and it was fixed, but was it? Our daughter was at school and upon coming home we found more leaks. We brought it back again and they said it was a mistake. They fixed it again, or did they! Once again she went to school and returned to soak the driveway with the same fluid, only worse! I left a message for them to call me and had no call back. It was between going back or trading the car in. We traded it in elsewhere. Do not ever waste your time here for any reason. We had tried to trade it in and they were not accommodating either. They actually owe me a driveway! DO NOT GO HERE!

Second car this year at Pristine!

This is the second car I purchased from this dealer. In March, I purchased a 22' Outlander SEL for my company car. This week I went back and purchased another 22 Outlander SEL for my wife! Travis, our salesman, went above and beyond answering my questions and finding the perfect trim and color for our new car. I was pleasantly surprised at how courteous and professional Ryan was when it came down to locking in a good price and a monthly payment I was comfortable with. This dealer as a whole has been nothing but OUTSTANDING for me and my family. This is my 8th Mitsubishi purchase over a course of 20 years. I've been to my fair share of Mitsu dealers in the past and can honestly attest to their professionalism and outstanding service.

Bait and switch

I went to the dealer and test drove a 2022 BMW 530i advertised at $47k. I then tried to buy the vehicle only to be told that the cask purchase price is $59k. The “explanation” was that the $47k price was based on tier 1 financing at 3.5 percent. This makes no sense. Classic bait and switch advertising.. i would leave 0 stars if i could. Don't waste your time
