And yet another experience of the same nature. Inquired about a Traverse online listed at $23,995 at 0 down. Had someone call me and tell me there weren't any additional fees/hidden fees. Also was told my car would be taken at kbb value. Already wasted a day getting bait and switched but figured I'd give this one the last try. Get there to find out the GM took the car home and get presented $29K which includes fees and the need for 3K down.... almost lost it. Also gave less than kbb value. Dealt with Lindsey over the phone promising the world, where Andrew was the manager that switched everything. Stay away.

Total waste of time.
Total waste of time. We were looking to see and drive a Benz shown on their website. We called for an appointment at which time we asked and they confirmed the availability of the car. Called on the way (we drove an hour) to let them know we were soon arriving and to get the car ready. Once again they confirmed availability. We arrived. NO CAR! What a bunch of clowns ! Do Not Even Think of doing anything with this dealer .

My name is Edwin Jose Ayuketah from Cincinnati Ohio. I have a very sad experience with this so-called Pristine Mitsubishi. I bought a 2019 Mercedes Benz GLS 450 4Matic in September 2023 through a salesperson called Mike. All transactions were done online and over the phone. I paid(cash) a total of $46,560 or so. I was asked to purchase insurance for the vehicle which I did through Progressive for 6 months renewable. I was to get a refund for my taxes and registration which was fraudulently calculated in the price. I called them about that, and as usual, they tendered apologies. To date, I am yet to receive the check. I paid a trucking company that picked up the car and delivered the car to my address on 10/04/2023. Surprisingly, the only piece of information that came along with the driver was a former owner's (a lady) death certificate. No bill of sale, title, etc etc in order to register and drive the car. Since then, my wife and I have called out there more than 80 times, all in smoke. I just spoke with another rep today, 11/15/2023 at 1 pm Eastern who played their usual tricks of transferring my call to a manager and the call dropped after about 7 minutes. It should be recalled that this is the corollary of this so-called dealership. This is a very sad and bitter experience. As I write, I wonder if this company is aware of the HIPPA rules and regulations that they violated by sending me a death certificate belonging to a previous owner. Violating her privacy, etc. I will advise buyers to stay away from this dealership. I am going to tweet as well as seek legal advice on this issue.

AVOID DEALERSHIP
DO NOT go or trust this dealership. Put deposit on vehicle, suppose to pick up next day and just get the run around from dealership. They do business shady and don’t honor a deal that was already made. The management and professionalism is absolutely pathetic. No one returns calls or communicates with customer. Will never go back.

Just a very disappointing experience. They pull every shady car dealer play there is. The this car isn’t the advertised price . The 200 additional fees and stop returning phone calls if they owe you anything they agreed to

Every terrible thing (BAIT & SWITCH, UNEXPLAINED FEES) you've heard about a car dealership can be found at Pristine Mitsubishi. Inquired about a pre-owned vehicle that had been on their lot since May of 2023. Marketing reached out and offered to assist me with an appointment. Salesperson also reached out with pictures and confirmed the vehicle was available. When I asked about fees staff continuously dodged the question and changed the subject. Avoiding any discussion of numbers and explanation. When I asked about the out the door price, that's where the magic occurred and the car was no longer available. Cue the bait and switch. Although that car was gone, miraculously there were 2 other similar vehicles for 5-10 thousand more. Even their staff disagreed and tried to distance themselves from the dealership practice. Save your time and look elsewhere.

Cheat people and full of lies and play words!
This place cheat and lies to people!! Don't trust what they said! They just want to extend the time then say cannot cancel purchase! So dishonest! The Antonio (sales men) say everything so good at beginning.. he have no experience and know nothing about the car we buy (Mazda). He don't even know the car have back up tire and tell me it doesn't come with it. After u buy the car, they don't care of ur matter at all. Even what they promise u for repair. I call him for 1 week+, he only answer my call 2 time. Everytime said I will call u back but He NEVER!! I purchase the car on Saturday 2pm, get home realize the top roof is damage, full of dents and dings. I go right away to the store on Sunday 10am when the store open, I said big problem with the car, the Antonio don't even mention to us when we ask him Saturday *Anything we need to know about the car? He said no crash, all good.! * Sunday when I go I said either fix or I cancel purchase. The Manager come said will ask the mechanic guy see how to fix it! I purposely ask 3 time in front of him, are u going to take care of it. And he said Yes!! After that, no one call me to drop off car for fixing.. I call so many times to Antonio he hang up on me. Didn't pick up at all. I call the place, the front desk people said will ask Antonio callme back later but HE NEVER!! I end up dropping off car on Thursday then whole week still no call.. I call and text but NEVER REPLIED! Put me to voice-mail directly. I know he purposely didn't pick up my call. ! The following week Friday, I call him 3-4times and text him ask when I can take back my car, then only he pick up my call and said the roof top can't be fix. The manager not willing to fix after asking the price *around 3-4k*. I told him, why don't he said from beginning, I won't even buy the car!* then come up with so many excuses, say is used car no one see the top! Who is no one?! I DO!!! When I go to store they come up with *They didn't promise me* *they need to ask* * working people not here to check the car* so many excuses just end up not fixing the car for us! Then I said is ur problem for being not honest at beginning now come back *play words* with me and push responsible away! That's so bad! The manager say if I want to cancel purchase they need to charge us 25% fees and our 3k deposit will not be return! Even I change other car alsocan't! Need to pay 25% fees! The way the manager talk is really rude and unprofessional! He said he's not mechanical so he don't know the top roof cannot be fix. He need to wait 1 week only the mechanical person come and tell him can't be fix. Such a funniest excuses EVER!! he said they don't know the top roof have dents nd dings and is not consider a damage! Is more than 20dings on top also scratches. Don't tell me when people trade in the car they didn't check!! They just purposely don't tell people at beginning. When I complaint he try to extend time, then said cant cancel purchase! He think I'm women and know nothing, chinese and dont know English so play words with me!! I will post this comment and review all over ur website and all link to tell people how they cheat people! Even online price is cheating! After try out car we went back to showroom, only he come up saying the website price is with 3k deposit money, then they add another fees 3k as all car dealer fees. Our car online say 25k then when we go there he said is 28k then add another 3k dealer fees (something like that) and tax, it end up 34k+++. After I accept now what???! When I'm back home, everything he promise also he didn't fix. He said have to order a clip to fix my front bumper. But he didnt.! I have prove of all Calls and msg that he never answer and reply. Also pictures! And, when they can't fight back, Antonio said he is off for wedding! Who believe??! When we sign paper they call us do good review for them. That's why so many people say good review, after buying they don't care u at all!

Nothing but liars!
I contacted them about a car that is listed for $16465, which is a great price for this car. It's a 120 mile drive so I called to make sure it was still available. While I was on hold, I read the "fine print" that says that that price includes a trade worth $2995. When I got a salesperson, he said that, no, the price is $16464, then he said that he would have the manager talk to me and explain the price. The manager confirmed that there would be an extra $2995 added onto to the listed price, which brought the price to almost &19500. I told him that this was bait and switch and he denied it. I hung up on him! Now, when I read the reviews, this is how they do business, by advertising a low price and then tacking on other fees even though it would be a cash sale with no trade in. DON'T TRUST THIS DEALER!!!

Stay away
Absolutely no reflection to the great sales person I had. Or the people that work in the building. Stay away absolutely bad business practices. And then they tell you to read the details in the fine print. Be a dealer with integrity and post the correct price on cars. Please beware make a phone call prior to shopping there. Make sure there’s nothing attached to the price that’s listed. Again no integrity in this dealership whatsoever stay away
