Worst experience ever!

Worst experience ever! I called for a vehicle that I was interested in and the lady who answered set my appointment and I framed that the car is availed and the price is negotiable. I drove more than 4 hours to get there to find out that there is 7k in hidden fees. They refused to honor the online price, but agreed to lower 2k from their hidden fees. It ended up being 5k above the marked price. It seems that is a typical price grabber for the customer to come in and then get shocked with the higher marked up price. I ended up driving almost ten hours for nothing. Be aware for this unfair trade. I made a mistake by not reeding the reviews.

Called for a Tesla Model Y.

Called for a Tesla Model Y. Took 2 days and a ton of calls with "your information has been forwarded to manager". Some calls "oh they didnt forward your information to manager, let me get that done for you." Had a much better experience calling big city mitsubishi. Finally got an out the door price which included $5,000 in pre inspection fees, and other fees. Cannot wait for manufactures to sell direct to consumers, these dealerships need to close and need more autonation, carmax etc

They advertise a price and they give you that price.

They advertise a price and they give you that price. BUT - they have multiple fees that drive price up ~$3,000 or more. And they are not very good at their "scam". While waiting I overheard the justification for one of the fees (and the price) with another customer and when it came to my turn I was given same explanation but higher fee ;)

If I could give it 0 stars I would My experience with Pristine Mitsubishi was a disaster from start to finish. I drove over 2 1/2 hours to the dealership after confirming multiple times—just an hour before my visit, as well as a week and a month earlier—that two specific cars I was interested in were available. When I arrived, neither of them was there. The test drive was the only tolerable part of this visit. Everything else was outright deception and frustration. The car I came to see was initially listed at $22,000, but they quickly added $6,000 in bogus fees, including Lojack (completely useless for a Tesla) and a 120-point inspection. This “inspection” supposedly included repairs for dents and scratches, yet the car had at least 10-15 visible dents and major scratches on the doors and front. What’s worse, their inventory is packed with cars that are far from “pristine.” None of the vehicles have clean titles, even though they’re advertised as such. The Tesla I looked at had clear evidence of being in multiple accidents. The front trunk screws were removed, signaling a major front-end collision, and there were unmistakable rear-end license plate dings. This is not just sloppy—it’s outright deceptive. On top of the outrageous fees, the salesman, Devin, was unhelpful and lacked any sense of professionalism. I walked in expecting to look at a $19,000 car (which, of course, didn’t exist), was quoted $21,000 for a different car, and then was hit with a final price of $28,000 after all their hidden fees—none of which included sales tax or registration. This dealership is a textbook example of bait-and-switch tactics and dishonest practices. The cars are in poor condition, the pricing is completely misleading, and the staff provides no value whatsoever. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place at all costs.

Terrible!

Terrible! Awful! Miserable! Horrible!! Be forewarned this dealership is THE WORST USED CAR DEALERSHIP ON THE PLANET!!! BAR NONE!!!!! So this is how they operate. You call that your interested in a car and a woman who every time she answers the phone changes her name. You ask if the price which is advertised is the actual price for what they will sell the car for and she says “yes it is”..you then head down, take it out for a test drive - and when you sit down to discuss price they hit you with - “it will be $5,0000 MORE than the advertised price!!! The General Mgr told me that by playing this game it’s the only way he can get customers in the door - and if they don’t they’d be out of business!! You believe this?? Totally insanity and I will report them to the Better Business Bureau tomorrow.

Worst experience for pre-owned vehicles purchase.

Worst experience for pre-owned vehicles purchase. Travelled quite far to buy a vehicle that I preferred by visiting their showroom, but they tried to increase the sale price by adding ridiculously high adhoc costs (almost $6k for lojack, dealer fee etc etc) The staff weren’t polite either and were rather rude. They didn’t even explain the features of the car nor did they even try to provide basic repair support before purchasing the vehicle. I DO NOT recommend their showroom for purchasing pre-owned vehicles as I had the WORST experience with them.

This is one instance where you should trust your gut

This is one instance where you should trust your gut instinct. I drove 2 hours from Connecticut, after being promised over the phone that there were no fees beyond Doc fees, taxes, and DMV fees. I explicitly asked for a fee breakdown multiple times over the phone and had it confirmed by more than one sales person that it was just list price, doc, dmv, tax. Once I sat down I was hit with $2000 “certification fee”, $1300 Lo-Jack fee (keep in mind this was an Tesla that is literally connected to the internet 24/7) and $2000 dealer fee. Initially Devon was helpful and then Marcus stepped in and worked a deal that erased a few of those fees after I was lowballed for my trade. After agreeing on a price for the car and value for my trade, I walked out to the lot to take a picture of the dent in the trunk of the car I was about to purchase, so that I could get an estimate for paintless dent removal. When I came back inside I was told another sales person had “just taken a deposit over the phone and I could no longer purchase the car” 4+ hours round trip plus 90 minutes at the dealer with absolutely nothing to show for it. The deals look too good to be true, because they are too good to be true. Save yourself the trouble and drive 30 minutes down to Import Masters for a better selection and significantly better treatment.
