The final price will differ from the listed prices. If you’re interested in the car you’ve seen here and, after reading all the reviews, still want to proceed, expect to add another $10K to the final price. By the way, I’m sure Ron will respond to this review with his typical copy-paste reply, confirming that no one is working to improve the service and just waiting for the next person to fall into the trap.

First, they bait and switch.

First, they bait and switch. Promise you a car that's in the ad and when you arrive it's not there. Second, the price is a lie. They do not sell cars at their listed prices. They insist on tacking on administrative fees and cpo fees. Third, they lie about the federal energy rebate for purchasing an electric car. The law specifically states that the rebate can't go for any car more than $25,000 before taxes. They inflate the car price then pretend to give you a rebate of $4000. It's a scam.

Tried over and over to buy a car from them.

Tried over and over to buy a car from them. Called, text, and emailed, and only got one response. I do NOT recommend this lot to anyone, and honestly think whomever franchised this Mitsubishi needs to clean house and get rid of EVERYONE. Terrible customer service. Like seriously… just go out of business already.

Upon online shopping, made a call to Pristine related to

Upon online shopping, made a call to Pristine related to M-B GLS 2020. I was invited to come view that car. I explained I live almost 1 hour away and needed to know the net, net price. I knew my budget. Lady on the phone stated no fees besides a dealer fee of $175, I said are you sure. She said yes, she said car just came in and it is the end of the month. She stated "we will make a deal," even if a you offer a little less. I mentioned a possible trade in also. She said sure come today and let me get you an appointment for 3:30PM. She asked my name and number. I said ok. When I got there, I said I am here for my appointment. No one knew my name or that I was coming! So, I still looked at the car, test drove and finally sat down to discuss costs. That's when I realized I was lied to, just to get me here. They gave a list of additional fees. 1 fee that was 3000 for pre inspection. Wait, then a LOJACK fee of 1000. Then I saw another fee of 1000 on this list the salesperson had. I said what, no the lady who told me to come said fee was $175. The salesperson knew I had been lied to and we said goodbye. But, I said before I go, I need to speak to the owner. He was in a glass office attached to others, right where all the other sales people are. I knock on his glass door and let him know, that I was mislead and judging by the look on his face. He was part of this deceptive tactic. All he could say was sorry! He said nothing else. Hope this helps another potential buyer be aware of the fee that could $5000 more then you see online. But, you are told something different till you get there. That is a fee 3000% higher then told.

Car had clearly been in accident but carfax was negative- they were obviously hiding it and tried to fix themselves in their shop in the back or something …….. tried the same thing as others to tack on $5,000 in fees - complete waste of time - everyone needs to just stop the insanity and not go there

I’ve never felt more scammed by a place than I did here.

I’ve never felt more scammed by a place than I did here. I had my eyes on a car, came back twice, they let me put a deposit down and set up a pickup date, then all of a sudden on pick up day (2 different days for that matter because Andrew wanted to go home early the first pickup day), that cars “in the shop” even though I took off of work twice to come get it, but then after this Bryan calls and says they “have an identical one that’s the same price, Andrew can make it even cheaper for all of the inconveniences” (Bryan’s words exactly), made me waste a week of my time as is, but I get out there for them to try to charge me $2k more and call me a liar to my face saying the same price deal was “never in writing”. The prices on the website are also never accurate and the pictures never reflect the car’s damage btw. They charge way too high for crashed cars and will lie about the damage. I’m glad I didn’t get a chance to sit down with the finance guy after reading all of the other reviews about how he scams you even worse. Now i’m still trying to get my deposit back and keep getting met with an “ok” but no refund. I will forever avoid this place moving forward.

WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!

WORST BUYING EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE!!! Drove 3 hours to get there because I liked the car. When trying to purchase th car they hit me with $7,000 worth of "hand written" fees including $2995 for a 120 point inspection fee or something. After an hour of negotiating that down I threw in the towel because I just need the car for my daughters birthday so paid way above market value. After starting the payment process they said I couldn't drive it home. After arguing about spending 6 more hours in the car they said they would deliver it the next day. I charged over 10K as a deposit to get that done. The following day I reached out several time to find out when it was being delivered. They said it was being detailed. Late in the day I called again and they said it had some lights out and they needed another day to replace. Another day later I called with no response or timing until I get a text from the salesperson saying when they put the car through the shop it didn't meet their standards, wasn't safe to drive, and was being arbitrated back to the auction lot. Who sells a car without even checking any of this??? Most of, they tried to charge me $3995 for the 120 point inspection they did which I guess didn't include the lights and most mechanical issues. LOL Just more slimy used car salesman leaving up to their stereotype. Mitsubishi should be embarrassed. Worst part was that I didn't get to surprise my daughter on her birthday because I wasted 3 days for that car. Of course I'm still waiting on a refund
