We bought a 2022 outlander in September 2022 and Mark and Ryan were awesome. Went back October 2022 for another 2022 outlander. Mark and Ryan helped us and answered all our questions and concerns. They are very knowledgeable. Thank you guys. Juan and Nancy.

Worst customer service ever. Bait and Switch too!
We had been dealing with a rep on the phone who told us that the car was in “pristine condition.” We had been assured that the car had no imperfections, no dents or dings, and was in great condition. We scheduled an 11am appointment. The night before the dealership called us to ensure that we were coming in for our appointment. We drove 6 hours because we felt we couldn’t pass up the deal. It was a train wreck as soon as we arrived. A salesman was standing right outside the doors smoking a cigarette. We walked into the showroom and was greeted by a salesman who said that he could take care of us. It turned out that the person we had been dealing with doesn’t even work for the company, but instead works for a 3rd party. We could barely sit in the chairs at his desk because there were bags of sand behind the chairs. His desk was messy with a half drank Gatorade sitting on top. His computer system was able to find us, but he did not acknowledge that we traveled 6 hours to come in, and we were not even offered a drink of water. He asked us to move our car to the other side of the building, so we walked outside and drove the car to the other side of the building. He then took a picture of the VIN and asked us to follow him back to his desk. We walked back to his desk where he entered the VIN into his computer, and we went right back outside to look at the Jeep that we were told was in “pristine condition.” He could not find the car, and the key-fob he was trying to use was dead. We found the car and immediately noticed a dent on the front hood and scratches with chipped paint all over the car. He let us know that he was not allowed to point out any imperfections, but instead we should let him know what needed to be fixed. He said they would be able to set up some maintenance for the next week to fix the imperfections. I asked him if we could just have the damages knocked off the price so that we could fix it back home. He said he probably wouldn’t be able to do so, due to a deal they have with their local autobody repair company. He went back inside to see if he could get another battery or key. He was so happy when he came back, as there was a second key. He let us know that we were lucky because the owner “must have taken good care of the car, because there was a second key.” He kept repeating this as we kept finding damages all around the car. When we opened up the trunk, the hydraulic system was broken. He let us know that they could order a part for it, but not to worry, as there were two keys. When I opened the passenger door, the interior of the car was a mess. I put my arm in the car to get rid of the cobwebs. The car was extremely dirty, and it was clear that they did not prepare for us to visit and test drive the car. He called over someone from the detailing department to clean out the cobwebs so that we could sit in the car and take the car for a test drive. Inside the car there were used tissues, wrappers, and dirt throughout the car. When my wife started test driving the car, it was obvious that the car had not been driven in weeks as it took a bit for the car to stop making the initial noise. As we were driving, we noticed that the screen for the GPS and the radio had moisture in it and looked damaged. After the test drive, we walked back inside as the salesman went to the finance department. We decided that we would most likely be going home without the new car. When the salesman came back, he let us know that the trade in department was offering a lowball offer, and he wanted to know what our lowest we would take would be. He was able to raise the offer $2,000, which was still about $2,000 under what we were expecting. At this point his manager came out to talk to us and talk us into accepting the trade-in offer. We decided to turn down their offer and go home. There was no “thanks for coming in” or any hospitality that I have come to expect at car dealership.

Great customer service!!
I bought a used car from them a few months ago, they resolved the items and then another problem arose and they remedied it the next day, no questions asked. Customer service is as awesome and they did everything they said they would. No return policy
They Do NOT have Cancellation policy. Bad and dishonest service. The seller told me one price but paper work shown other much higher. I need a lawyer.

Hi. Saw Pristine Mitsubishi on cars.com and went to see the 2022 outlander SE. Met Mark who was very helpful and knowledgeable with the vehicle. He answered all our questions and concerns. Then we met Ryan who was very helpful and answered all our questions with the finance. We walked out with a brand new 2022 Outlander SE. I would recommend Pristine Mitsubishi commack too all. 5 ⭐️⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Dealership.

WORST DEALERSHIP
Everyone is full of it here. Good luck getting anybody to call you back when you have any sort of problem, which has been my instance since I bought a vehicle from them. I would never return to the dealership ever again. It’s one song and dance after another with no SOLUTION or help!

Dishonest Bait and Switch Please do not buy a car.
Dishonest Bait and Switch. Please do not buy any car from them they list a prices on cars that are low and raise them or tell you the car was sold when it was not. They also hit you with 3700.00 dollars in fees. I have copied on their website the cars that show one price then less a day later when you visit the dealership its much more. DONT BUY . The manger RON is the worst. PLEASE STAY AWAY. I will be reporting this company TODAY.

Great service
Not everyone is the same nor everyone's opinion. I had a positive experience with them. Sales agent Marcus was helpful and friendly as well as Finance Manager Ryan Smith. They made the process of buying a car easy and smooth. I went in and came out with the car I had planned to buy within my budget all because they were very helpful. Unlike other reviews I didn't face any " price upgrades " instead it was the opposite. Thank you for your great service. I would def recommend other's.

The salesman Marcus was helpful and we had no issues with him. We were ready to purchase the car, my own plates were put on the car and it was started ready to go. And then Ryan smith in financing informed us that we MUST purchase a $3000 warantee on the car or else the interest rate would go up to 4.5 instead of the original promise of 2.59. Complete scam. He also informed us that if we go with our own private financing the dealer will charge $2000 fee. Beware of the bait and switch, this dealer is not trustworthy and I am extremely disappointed in Ryan smith who was completely unhelpful and extremely rude. Couldn’t even get a word in, the man wouldn’t stop talking over us and being totally disrespectful. Do not trust this dealership.
