Scammers

I don’t even know if this place is legal. We came to see a car, didn’t like it and told them we will think about. 10 minutes later I get notification after notification from my Experian account that there is a hard inquiry on my account from this and that bank. Pristine Mitsubishi pulled our pre-approval that we applied for in case we liked a car (it was supposed to be a good car) took our SS number and applied for auto loans for us without our approval. Than they called us and said that they got us a car, come pick it up. When I confronted the salesman who requested the loan he said that my bank did that. So he is saying that my bank contacted 3 other banks to request a loan, crazy. Than he admitted that he did request these loans without our permission, come pick up your car. Now we have hard inquiries on our credit that we need to spend a lot of time to remove. This is unprofessional and frankly illegal. I will never bring my business to Pristine Mitsubishi ever again.

2019 Subaru Forester price not as advertised

Misrepresentation to our trip to the dealer and then that time price on car went up from advertised to $5000 more salesman was unable unable to respond to questions and seem to be cursing under his breath this is not the way I expect to be treated and it is misrepresentation

Scam & Discrimination

The dealership was not transparent while signing up the contract and double up their profit due to my poor ability to communicate in English. When I left them a negative survey with the manufacturer, the dealer canceled all my free services for oil change which they granted during purchase, and refused to answer my call when I contacted them directly from my phone number. Additionally, during the purchase I bought an additional option which was not included on the car. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALER you may become a victim of #SCAM and face discrimination, just because your skin color is different.

Great service!

This dealership was excellent! Our salesman Dominic was very profession, kind and welcoming. He helped me find a Toyota Highlander for my daughter for a great price. The financial agent Mr. Khan was also very helpful to find us the best interest rate possible. I would recommend this dealership to any of my friends.

Bait n Switch

Bait N Switch dealer. Advertised Cars do not exist. Advertised prices do not reflect $3000 "down payment". This is Purely False Advertising at its best! Typical Sleezy used Car dealer. Don't waste your time.

Smiling, happy employees put us at ease!

Our experience with this dealership was excellent! We will not hesitate to return or to recommend them to others. We were treated with respect and were comfortable with everyone we encountered.

Must Purchase Warranty!!!!

Do not buy from this place unless you do not mind purchasing at $2,695 mandatory warranty with the vehicle. This is on top of the manufacturer's warranty that already exists.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

The most incompetent place of business I have ever encountered. I purchased a car and they had the nerve to call me the day I was supposed to pick it up and inform me that they accidentally sold it to somebody else. They pulled my credit, I left a down payment I was told the day before that my plates were ready to go. To make matters worse when I asked for my refund they advised me that I had to call the general manager to request one...... I called several times and they didn't even have the courtesy to return my calls....... I had to basically send numerous messages to get a response. THEY DO NOT CARE. They should be shut down. I never normally write reviews but this one was 1000% warranted. DO NOT TRUST THEM

Auto Warranty Company not a car dealership

I offered to buy a car for the advertised price but they would not sell it to me unless I bought a third party auto warranty for $3900 that they misrepresent as a “certified pre owned program”. It is actually a third party car warranty through a company called NIADA. They are more interested in selling the warranty than selling the car! This is a warranty company masquerading as a used car dealership. Very sleazy and dishonest. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE JOKERS.
