Good Experience

We came to Continental knowing exactly which car we wanted and were directed to Efrain. Efrain was great- very helpful and kind, he did not put any pressure on us or use any aggressive sales tactics. My only complaint was that once we'd worked out the purchasing details, we had to wait a very long time to get all the paperwork finished by the business manager.

Great Purchasing Experience

We were looking for a used car in a specified price range. We got an excellent Mazda 3 for a great price. The staff were friendly and helped us very well thru out the processes. Marta was our sales person, she did an awesome job. There was crazy rush at the show room on that day but she took good care of us by understanding our needs and lining up the cars. Thank you Marta and Continental Mazda for helping us buy a great vehicle.

Great car purchasing experience

We were in the market for a used car so after dropping our car off for service at Continental Mazda we drove around town to check out a few other places. What a waste of time! The best value by far was at Continental Mazda. Marta and Brandy were wonderful to work with. Definitely recommended!

Happy with my new Mazda!

Staff was courteous, well informed, and provided competitive pricing. I bought my car on a busy evening, so there was a long wait time for my deal to go through. However, I love my car and would refer friends into this dealership. I thought they handled my car sale with kid gloves and most importantly, I was given the price promised over the phone. Marta was my sales person and I was happy to be dealing with a woman, first time in 43 years that I worked with a woman car salesperson. It's about time!!! My vehicle was used, pre-certified and it was clean as a whistle when I picked it up. Marta took time to review all of the features with me and set up my phone on blue tooth. Thank you Continental Mazda for a great experience!

Awesome Experience

Everyone we dealt with at the dealer was very friendly and helpful. Although they were slightly busy they made an effort to keep checking on us to make sure that we knew we were not forgotten. Efrain made sure to go over all the details on my car's gadgets.

Friendly, helpful sales staff

We spent more than a month shopping for a compact SUV and ultimately wound up buying a CX-5 from Continental. During that time we spoke with two very nice, very professional sales people -- Marta and Jeremy. When we had questions they had answered. When we wanted to take the CX-5 we were considering for an extended test drive, they arranged that on short notice. We drove a lot of SUVs over the past month and the car ultimately sold itself. But in our first visit to the dealer Marta emphasized safety features that are standard equipment on the CX-5, but options on competing models. We were surprised that we kept coming back to that point as we evaluated other SUVs and asked what option packages would be needed to provide that technology. We've owned an astounding array of cars and trucks. Marta and Jeremy sold us our first Mazda.

Love my Mazda

Jeremy did a great job explaining my new car to me, and I really liked to test road. Everyone was great. I'll be telling my friends to make a stop here. Very happy with my purchase, now my son and our new baby have room to grow.

Great experience

Had a great time there and was able to find a car that fit me. Didn't feel pressured at all when it came to picking a car. Marta was very friendly and while waiting for paperwork we talked about various things the whole time. Would recommend shopping here.

AMAZING STAFF, AMAZING DEALERSHIP

Jeremy Storino came highly recommended by friends who have not only purchased but referred many other friends to this Mazda dealership. Immediately i felt at ease and confident that i was going to be happy when i left. As difficult as it was to trade my Cadillac Escalade, in the end I knew I made the right decision by coming to Continental Mazda. I never imagined a Mazda could have just as much beauty and technology as a high end vehicle but I dare to say it has more! Thanks Jeremy and the entire staff at Continental Mazda!
