Mazda CX9
Dan Eugea, Brad Waite and the entire Mazda team were very helpful and knowledgable. Brad assisted us during our first visit and was very detailed in his explaination of the features of the CX9. He also followed up via email when he found vehicles that were similiar to what I was looking for. Dan was very thorough while assisting me with the set up of the electronic features after I purchased. Great team!

Great dealership, awesome test track, friendly people.
First time visiting the Continental dealership I was greeted by everyone and treated with respect. Having scheduled an appointment, once I walked in everything was ready for me to test drive. Marta was friendly and energetic, had the car I was looking at ready as well as some other options to see if it perked my interest. She was honest and upfront on everything and I felt we were able to really work out a deal that everyone was happy with. I took the night to think about my decision and went back the next day to pick up my car. Rob was awesome in helping me finance the car and patient enough as I asked many questions and thought over everything I wanted before I made a final decision. Everything was easy and hassle-free, I could not have asked for better people to handle buying a new car. They will definitely be the first people I go to for my next purchase.

We were referred to Jeremy Storino as are sales person at Continental Mazda through their internet online professionals. Jeremy is knowledgeable and no pressure and made buying another Mazda very easy and relaxing. We are previous Mazda owners and are drawn to Continental Mazda for their outstanding service department. We bought our previous Mazda at another dealership and found Continental's Service department superior to other dealerships in the area. Continental goes above and beyond and ensure we are satisfied. This made it very simple when we wanted a new Mazda. We did not consider any other Mazda dealer.

Worst experience ever
Just the worst experience ever. I've bought many cars and this was easily the worst experience I've ever had. I went there because they had the one I wanted. Last model year in red and a manual transmission. That combination was hard to find. They had one. They were almost 6 hours away so we did some negotiating on the phone then I drove out there. First they tried to get me to accept about 50% less for my trade than they estimated. After walking out they changed their mind and gave me something more fair (still well below blue book). They said blue book values are meaningless yet it was spot on when they put my trade on their lot. Marta was rude and even took a smoke break while I sat at her desk. Then I was overcharged by more than $500 for taxes and registration fees. I was also charged $49 to mail a few papers. Ridiculous. No one told me I would have to pay extra fees for the outside party you use for registration. That was not in the bill of sale. Quite the coincidence the extra registration fees are the same amount that I was overcharged on taxes. I was charged taxes on the rebate (which I don't have to pay) and charged taxes on the bogus "Documentary Fee" and on the ERT Fee, again a tax I did not have to pay. They should know this. They also had my registration and knew I just paid it, yet still charged me $454. No doubt in order to drive up the loan amount to collect more interest. Its now been over 5 weeks and I still haven't received my money back. I've never dealt with such incompetency when buying a car. Avoid this place at all costs. There is not a car in the world that would be worth buying from these crooks.

Out of state deals with trade in's are often times difficult because we never get a chance ahead of time to see, drive, or really check out the trade in. It is hard to give an estimate on a car sight unseen because when we have a chance to appraise it in person the car is usually not as described.
