a pleasurable experience!

From the moment that i walked in until i drove my new/used car out Jememy and his team made me feel that my business counted. I wasn't just another number to put on their sales board. I highly recommend Jeremy, his team and dealership.

Great experience! Excellent customer service

I had a great experience at continental! I worked with Brad Waite and he was fantastic. He never pushed me even when I was being indecisive! He was extremely helpful throughout the whole process. I would highly recommend this dealership! I LOVE my new car!

Over and beyond exceptional service-from Jeremy Storino

First contact with Jeremy was from an "on-line" search I was doing for new car.He answered general questions I had, never feeling "pressured" for a "sale" all the times we 'spoke' before actually "meeting him". He was very friendly-having no "pressure" put on me to buy a car from his dealership, although I already "knew" what I wanted. The "test" drive was awesome getting me oriented to the car, I was not 'used' to driving a "car' with all the "high-tech" stuff on it, since I"m a "Senior" and had a very old car. My "purchase" of the Mazda-3 was a very easy process-with assistance of Jeremy and Mark-I have been thrilled with the support from Jeremy since I got my car-having to call, few days later with questions, about the car-I was still getting used 'to", and he answers promptly and always so happy to 'hear' from me!! Is wonderful to "know' he will be there even after I drive away from the dealership-the service doesn't stop when the sale is ;finalized"! Looking for a new "car-Call "Jeremy Storino"!! PS--I LOVE my new Mazda-3, perfect car for me!! The safety features are awesome, and am using the Bluetooth that I thought I didn't need!!

Top Notch Dealership - Excellent Experience

This is the second Mazda my wife and I have purchased from Continental. Top nothc team across the board (from sales to service). Jenny, who worked with us through the entire transactions, was excellent. Friendly, easy going, easy to talk to, and provided a no pressure experience. Everyother stage of the process was exactly the same. . If you are in the market for a new car i would highly recommend Continetal Mazda ... and ask for Jenny!

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!

First off, I'd like to say I LOVE MY MAZDA 3! That being said I also loved the process I went through to get it. I called looking for a car I saw online and spoke to Marta Duraj about it when I called the dealership. She was very enthusiastic and very eager to help me get the vehicle I wanted. She was extremely nice and patient, though she has been working crazy amounts of hours all week. She gave me her undivided attention and I felt extremely comfortable the entire time. She made me feel like she was there to help me leave happier than I came in, not just to sell a car. The building and environment was also very awesome and I felt like I was getting a great car from a great place for a great price! I will be returning here in the future and I would recommend this dealership to any friends, family members, or somebody looking to get a great car and have a great time getting it! Thank you Marta it was a pleasure and I love my car!

I went to Continental Mazda on a busy Saturday on Memorial Day Weekend. It was very busy and I wanted a fast, painless transaction. A bad combo I know. Even though it was very busy everyone I worked with did an amazing job respecting my time and were very friendly and honest.
