Great experience buying a 2016 Acura MDX

We recently purchashed a new 2016 Acura MDX from Rob Manchester at Continental Acura in Naperville. The buying experience was pleasant and Rob was a no-pressure, helpful sales person. The car is perform great and we love all of the new technology features that Rob so patiently covered with us. Highly recommend both Rob and Continental for a trouble free purchase.

pleasant experience

Me and my wife visited this dealership to take a look to new Acura Mdx. We even did not planed to purchase vehicle. We did not feel any pressure from salesman, they offered good price for trade in vehicle, we got good price for Acura Mdx and step by step we decided to purchase new Acura. All for these guys they are amazing

All I can say about my service at continental Acura it was outstanding everyone there is friendly willing to help you in any way they can my salesman name was Abe he is one of the best guys in sales today that I have met I know it is taking me awhile to write this review I'm very sorry about that but better late than never Abe pulled strings and worked with me The finance department is outstanding And the warranty they order me I was very impressed with I took the warranty no questions asked. Just out standing service. Thank you to very one there thank you Abe

Continental Acura of Naperville - A Great Place To Buy A Car

I had never been to Continental Acura before and after a very professional buying experience we left that day driving a new 2015 Acura TLX which is by far the best and nicest car I have ever owned. I can fully recommend Continental Acura and the great cars that they have, also my sales person Tom Trulis who provided us with a truly unique and enjoyable buying experience. I hope someday we can do it again.

Loved my car buying experience here!!

I cannot say enough about this place. I purchased an Acura MDX and had such a positive car shopping experience here that I'm encouraging my mom to get a car here when she is ready for a new one. Kevin Ahlert and Tom Trulis were incredibly helpful and knowledgable from the day I walked in. The sales manager, Mark Pisoni, is also fantastic. I had been to other dealerships who didn't seem interested in helping me unless they knew I wanted to buy a car that day. It was the opposite at this dealership - they were not pushy at all, and just seemed interested in showing me the cars so I could get an idea of what they had to offer. Kevin was the first person to show me the MDX and was so knowledgable about all the various features. When I came back a second time to purchase the car, Tom was the one to help me. He spent a lot of time with me and was very patient, as I had a lot of questions and needed some time to make decisions. It's been a month since I purchased the car, and they continue to call and email me every now and then to check in and see if I have any questions. Every time I go to this dealership, it's a pleasant experience. I would recommend it to anyone!! I absolutely love my MDX and it will be the first place I start shopping the next time I'm due for a new one.

Quick and fun!

Clean, comfortable place with ample parking. We purchased a 2013 Jag XJ with low mileage, plenty of factory-warranty still on it and very reasonably priced. Kirk Roberts was our salesman and he was cordial and knowledgeable. Great experience. Happy customer here...

2016 MDX purchase

I purchased my 3rd MDX from Continental Acura and Greg, Sharon and Josh helped to make it a great experience. They made it very painless in fact the whole deal was done over the phone I only had to show up sign the paperwork and drive away. I just love my new car and would encourage anyone in the market to give Greg a call.

Car Purchase

In June we purchased a used Toyota Rav 4 with Rob Manchester. He was very nice and helpful and not pushy which was very much appreciated. Sam assisted with the negotiation and also was very helpful. There was some minor damage to the wheel cover that they fixed and when we picked up the car, the repair looked great and the car was detailed so nice! This purchase was a very good experience and we would certainly recommend them to friends and family.
