Great Experience!

I was very impressed with Continental Acura. Everyone from sales to the service department were very friendly, accommodating and helpful. Kirk made my car buying experience easy and less frightening than anticipated. He was really easy to work with and made me feel comfortable. I LOVE my certified RDX!! I definitely will recommend this dealership to my family and friends!

Great Experience!!

Little late but we Purchased a certified MDX from Tom two years ago and was so impressed that when I was replacing my car I went to another Continental dealership. Same experience, very professional, not pushy, very direct without the normal car dealer games. Would highly recommend.

Great Experience. Would highly recommend Continental Acura

Being in our late 60’s we have bought many cars from many different dealerships in many different locales over the years. We recently bought our new 2016 Acura MDX from Continental Acura of Naperville. It’s been almost a month since our purchase, and thusfar, our experience with Continental has been the best we’ve encountered. From our initial visit, through the selection and sales process, to the business manager, to the vehicle preparation for delivery to us, to the service department, each person has been very professional, quite knowledgeable, extremely patient, and outright a pleasure to work with. Our Sales Consultant has been especially helpful. He’s been quite attentive to our questions and needs, has been thorough in follow up, helpful in getting us to know our new MDX with all the fantastic new technology that’s available, and has done so without being the least bit overbearing or pushy. The whole experience has been low key, focused on the customer, and pleasant. I would highly recommend Continental Acura of Naperville to anyone interested in the purchase experience of a new Acura.

Great Experience at Continental Acura in Naperville

I live 25 miles from Naperville and have a lot of car dealerships in my area, but our family drives the distance to purchase and have our cars serviced at the Continental Mazda and Acura dealerships, due to their integrity and outstanding customer service. These dealerships first came to my attention in January 2014 due to their 5 star on-line ratings, when looking to purchase a small family vehicle, and they've earned that 5 star rating based on the compassion and service they've extended to our family. (We purchased a new 2014 Mazda 3 from Continental Mazda and visit this dealership regularly for very reasonably priced oil changes and maintenance.) Two weeks ago my 2nd car was unexpectedly totaled in an accident, and we were taxed with the unforeseen expense of having to purchase a used vehicle to replace our 2nd car, while on a limited budget, due to our 3rd child starting college in the fall. Both Continental Mazda and Continental Acura were great in assisting us in this task, and we were very happy for the assistance of Robert and Steve from Continental Acura, who were able to find us a reliable used car that fit both our budget and our family. Both were great in listening to our needs, staying within our budget and showing us cars that would be a good fit for our family. When my husband had questions, Steve was very good about providing all of the information he requested, greatly easing our concerns over a "used" car purchase. We were also very thankful for the dealership's 30 day, 1,000 warranty on used vehicles, which we didn't find at any of the other dealerships we visited. Also, Jerry was extremely helpful when completing the paperwork to finish the sale. He was able to offer us an extended warranty at a very good price, and he really helped us to work through the decision making process, without pressuring us. We really value the way the Acura team came along side us and made the difficult experience of having to replace our 2nd car, so much less stressful.

Love our MDX and people at Continental Acura of Naperville

We recently purchased a 2016 MDX from Continental Acura of Naperville. This is our second purchase from Continental Acura of Naperville. We purchased a 2010 Acura from Continental five years ago. The employees at Continental Acura were very helpful, courteous and very customer oriented. Special accolades go out to Greg and Sharon who took care of everything from setting us up with a loaner to try out, arranging the service department to install running boards and a cargo net and thoroughly instructing us on the operation of the MDX. First car for my daughter

Cannot say enough nice things about the team at Continental Naperville. They located a used car for my daughter, her first. I wanted a nice car, a safe car, and a fun car. The folks at Continental found the PERFECT car for her at a fair price. She loved it! Thank so much for the great service. From the first call to handing over the keys, it was a great experience.

No pressure buying experience.

I had a great experience dealing with Abe at Continental Acura. There was no pressure to buy and he answered all of my questions. I got the pricing I was looking for and was in and out the door with a new RDX in a few hours. Easiest car purchase I've ever had.

First class experience with Continental Acura & Tom Trulis'

Excellent experience at Continental - our 2nd MDX from Continental. Tom Trulis did an excellent job in explaining the features of the 2016 MDX.
