First class experience with Continental Acura & Tom Trulis'
Excellent experience at Continental - our 2nd MDX from Continental. Tom Trulis did an excellent job in explaining the features of the 2016 MDX. He took his time and was very thorough in getting everything set up just right. Tom helped through the entire process, which made everything easy. Highly recommend Tom and the staff at Continental Acura for a good purchase and ownership experience.

Painless Car Buying
We were very pleased with our experience at this dealer. Abe's first offer was right in line with the prices we had from Kelly, Edmunds, and truecar - no game playing. The finance guy, Josh, explained our options and let us decide - no pressure. My ILX was well prepared when I picked it up. I'd go back here again.

Most enjoyable car buying experience!
Working with Kevin was a breeze. He had the info I needed and really made the whole process enjoyable. I have bought about 10 new cars and it can be kind of painful. Even the financing was quick!

Great Experience
I stopped in to continental acura just to look at used cars , not looking to purchase anything at that time. I met Kevin Ahlert when I went inside & all I can say is that I bought my acura RL that day. He was very professional, courteous, & a great person to work with when purchasing my car. Any problems I had about the car were resolved in a timely manner, he answered questions I had & took it upon himself to make my car buying experience very pleasant ! Getting an equote
I was browsing online for cars and search for a dealer near my home and came up with continental acura. Searched through the inventory and found 1 2015 available. Filled the request for an online quote and the online rep responded immediately. The quote giving online was different from the price I was giving from the salesman. I was told the vehicle that I was quoted for was sold, well that was interesting considering the inventory online stated there was only one 2015 MDX and when the online representative called he told me it was only one 2015 MDX left so hurry. I feel like I was given some bad info and I will just take my business else where. Stick to your word.

Great experience
I just wanted to take the time to thank Tom Trulis, Mark Pisoni, and Ernie Alvarez for our outstanding buying experience in March 2015. We were in the market for a new vehicle, and were not initially sure of which vehicle we wanted to purchase. We spent a great deal of time researching our decision. I initially met with Ernie Alvarez a few days before the purchase, as I was looking to get a quote on our trade-in. Ernie was very pleasant, and offered us a fair price on the trade. Since my wife was going to primarily drive the new vehicle, she went out and test drove 2 other makes, and a 2016 Acura MDX at Continental. Immediately, she fell in love with the MDX. What impressed me the most was that after her test drive, there were no immediate pressuring phone calls from the staff. I instead reached out to Tom Trulis (who had shown her the vehicle), indicating that we were interested in the vehicle. Tom is truly a pleasure to deal with. He cares about the customer, and was completely honest and fair during the process. In order to keep our purchasing options open, we did visit another local Acura dealer, a dealer who previously earned our business for a past Acura purchase. At the other dealer, we felt we were being played and ended up walking away On our way out the door, I contacted Mark Pisoni and told him that we were on our way to Continental to work out a deal. Mark Pisoni is a true professional who clearly wanted to earn our business. In the hours before the purchase, we primarily dealt with Mark, who was able to get us the price that we were looking for. To sum it up, everyone we dealt with at Continental should be commended. We are very happy with our purchase, and would recommend Continental Acura to anyone looking to purchase a new Acura. They treat their customers with respect, and offer great customer service.

My wife and I recently purchased our 2nd MDX from Continental Acura of Naperville. Kirk Roberts was our Sales Consultant. We found Kirk to be very personable, knowledgeable, and professional. In both purchases, I believe that we received a fair deal with absolutely no pressure. To date, the people that we've dealt with, from Sales to Service, and every individual in between, have been very pleasant to deal with. Continental Acura of Naperville was not the closest Dealership (we're from Mokena, IL), however, the total experience and the Dealership's reputation was worth the trip. I would highly recommend this Dealership and Kirk Roberts to family and friends.

Pleasant experience
We had a very pleasant experience purchasing this new car. Tony Garcia was our sales rep. He was extremely pleasant, fair, and helpful in selecting out our new vehicle. This is the second car we have purchased from Tony, and the third from this dealership. We would recommend this dealership to anybody without any reservations.

Fantastic Experience!!!
I rarely write reviews but I had such a great experience that I felt compelled to give my opinion. I visited several other dealerships in Chicago and the north suburbs, prior to visiting Continental Acura in Naperville. I was tired of the getting the same run around from greasy/inexperienced salesmen that could not tell me anything about the cars they were trying to sell. I came into Continental to look at a certified pre owned 2014 MDX. As soon as I met Tony I knew I liked the way he did business. I was in in front of the car that I wanted to see within 5 minutes. I took the car for a test drive within 10 minutes. Beautiful car in pristine condition, low miles, verified one owner and fully documented service history from Continental Acura. Tony and Sam (dealership manager) went out of their way to take care of my family and make sure that I had the best car buying experience. I am in sales myself so I appreciate a good sales process. Tony was not pushy at all and provided me with a full detailed history on my vehicle, as well as several other cars that I was planning to look at from other dealerships. I consider myself an educated consumer and the information that I received made me much more comfortable with my purchase. The car was in perfect condition… I got a great price… great financing… I got a loaner while the car got fully detailed... I liked the people that I was working with… I made my purchase same day because there was really no reason not to… I pick up my MDX a week later on a busy Sat afternoon. Even though Tony could have been helping more customers on the floor, he still took plenty of time to sit in the car and walk thru every option and button. My wife and I truly appreciated the customer care even after the vehicle was purchased! I hate when salesmen make you wait while they “talk to their manager”…. I don’t appreciate salesmen that have no knowledge about their own cars… I despise pushy sales tactics…. I am super glad that I walked into Continental and saved myself hours of potential headaches. Also, I talked to several acquaintances that bought cars from Continental and they all said it was there best experience ever. These guys are definitely doing something right. Tony is a great guy and I would honestly recommend him if you are in the market!
