It's a winner!
We could not be happier with the customer service we received as we worked through our decision to purchase a new car. Tom was terrific and completely honest with our questions. We definitely did not feel pressured into making any decisions we were not comfortable with and ultimately it help accelerate our decision to buy. Similarly, we could not be happier with our selection - it has been a joy to drive and we expect to keep it for a long, long time! We have been back to buy accessories and of course dropped by for a car wash or two during after these dreary Chicago winter weather events.

Low Pressure
Kevin was subtle yet effective when showing us the MDX and RDX. He wasn't pushy and in your face like many car salesmen. He answered all our questions and never made us feel hurried, though it was after hours. Great car buying experience!

Good service from the get-go!
I have only brought my 7 month old RDX into Continental Acura for car washes thus far but each time I drive in I feel very welcome. Barbara is always friendly and courteous upon my arrival and follows through on any finishing touches. We purchased our car from Steve and he ALWAYS stops by to greet me when I am in the waiting room. He continues to patiently answer my technical questions and offers help and suggestions with the upkeep of my car. The sale did not end when we signed the line! I truly feel my business has been appreciated.

Friendly Service
I bought a used Acura at Continental Acura and have had it in for normal maintenance in the 2 1/2 years I've had the car. The sales and service reps have been great to deal with. They are friendly and have taken as much time with me as I need to get all my questions answered.

I have bought seven Acuras from Continental Acura over 10 years and I can always depend upon them to provide nothing short of excellence in everything they do. Buying an Acura from Greg Pew and Sharon MacDonald is an enjoyable process because they know their product, they communicate regularly and if I need anything, they know where to get it. Great Service!!!!!
Been a Continental customer for almost ten years. Barb greets you with a smile on her face snd in her heart. Chris Papo always makes sure my cars and I are well taken care of. Shirley always ends the visit on a happy note. Also, Tony Garcia is a great salesman. With all the customers Continental has, this group of people make me feel like their my personal team. Always great service
I very infrequently need service on my Acura, however, I come in for the car wash every week or so. Barbara is always extremely friendly with a smile on her face and a kind word every time I see her. Everyone in service goes out of their way to make sure I have what I need. Most days, I'm able to get in and out in just a few minutes. I would highly recommend Continental Acura of Naperville.

Oil Change, Rotation and Recall
Both Chris and Shirley were awesome. From the first call for my appointment, through paying and leaving I felt respected, the time for waiting was right on (actually 5 min early) and the explanations were thorough. and I LOVE my car!!!
