Oil Change, Rotation and Recall

Both Chris and Shirley were awesome. From the first call for my appointment, through paying and leaving I felt respected, the time for waiting was right on (actually 5 min early) and the explanations were thorough. and I LOVE my car!!!

Best customer service in the industry.

Can't give enough praise to the Service Department! I continue to be amazed at the level of customer service, starts with Barb's cheerful greeting and just keeps going all the way through to cashing out. I love the team there, and will continue to purchase my Acura's from the Naperville store! Thank you Barb for always taking such great care of me!!!!!!

Great cars great people

Barb is the first to greet me when I come in for a car wash,what joy she is makes me glad my car got dirty. Chris and Neal along with the rest of the service writers are very understand of any problem I might . Chris has a great sense humor . Finally Shirley makes the final stop before leaving the dealership a pleasant and good experience almost makes me not mind any bill I have.

SUPERB SERVICE DEPARTMENT

In and Out ... work completed … thanks for orchestrating this Dan and Shirley! I've purchased multiple Acura MDX's (thank you, Kirk!) from Continental Acura and have always had my car(s) serviced there (an oil change includes so much more) … it's well worth the 45 min. drive. Loaners readily available but I don't mind waiting in the comfortable customer lounge.

Only had the car for less than a week, but already dirty.

Stopped in to see if I could get the complimentary carwash, but only had 35 minutes before an appt. Barbara got me in and out in less than that, car looks great. Shirley in cashier got my keys right back to me, and on my way. Thanks.

Great dealership!

I just purchased a Certified Pre-Owned car and have great things to say about doing business with Continental. I traded in a car and received a fair price and the purchase was fast and pleasant. Everybody was great from reception to sales and the finance department was very flexible with me as well. I have already recommended this dealership and will continue to do so!

Great Service from Tom Trulis

We stopped in to test drive a 2015 MDX. Tom greeted us right away. What both myself and husband observed right away was his friendliness and "non-pushy" style. He took us to the test track to drive the MDX. What a great experience to get familiar with the vehicle. Needless to say we ended up driving it home same day. But not without Tom giving us a very thorough overview of the car. There are so many great tech options on the car and Tom explained them so well. We would absolutely recommend Tom to anyone!
