Oil change andoverall service history

These guys are great...been doing all my service with them for the five years I have owned my Acura and wouldnt go anywhere else...they bend over backward to go a good job and great experience...i lterally bough a used car for my son from Continental because of the excellent service department.

"Where Everybody Knows Your Name"

Walking into Continental Acura is like walking into the "Cheers Bar" in Boston, where everybody knows your name. My husband and I are greeted by the smiling faces of just about everyone - just to name a few, they are Rodney, Darrin, Chris, Neal, Dan, Juan, Raul, Barb, Carrie, Shirley, both Maria's, Jordan, Rich and Steve. It does not stop there, when we walk into the guest waiting area while waiting for our car wash or oil change we are greeted and have conversations with Greg, Sharon, Mark, Tony, Jerry and others who know us. Most of the time our car is finished and we are still in the midst of conversation and Juan or Raul come looking for us to hand us our keys personally. We love this dealership and wouldn't go anywhere else go buy our cars. Keep up the great work everybody!

Relaxed and Pleasant Experience

We shopped Audi and Acura, both owned by Continental, and were well treated at both locations. The MDX won us over and our sales professional, Tom Trulis, was excellent to work with. Having been in sales for 36 years I really appreciated a positive, no pressure, environment such as was present at Continental Acura.

Top Notch Service Department

Recently had both of my Acura cars (MDX and RL) serviced at Continental Acura. I worked with Dan, Chris, and Shirley and they are all professional, courteous, and responsive. 2nd lease

I purchased my first lease, 2012 TSX SE, in 2012 from Josh Bruhn and just traded it in for a 2015 TLX with the help from Tony Garcia, 2.5 years into the lease contract. I absolutely loved my TSX, but was a bit under on the lease and needed some help. I could not have asked for a better experience working with Josh Bruhn, Tony Garcia, and Jerry Burton. They were extremely knowledgeable, passionate, and willing to assist me anyway possible. They made the transition seamless and stress free, and I couldn't be more happier with my experience. I will always recommend Continental Acura for anyone interested in purchasing/leasing a new car to work directly with Josh, Tony, and Jerry!
