Highly recommended!

Not only does Continental Acura have a great selection of used and new cars but most importantly they have a great team that stands behind their vehicles. Our salesman, Tony Garcia, was a pleasure to work with and helped us find the perfect car (2011 Acura MDX) at the perfect price. We were upside down with our trade in and both Tony and his sales manager, Sam, stayed several hours after closing to help make it possible for us to drive away happy in our new vehicle. I couldn't be happier with my new car and the customer service I received. Tony is easy to talk to and is there to answer all of your questions even after you drive away with your new car! He actually makes the car buying process enjoyable and easy!

Miles of smiles car wash

Barb is always friendly and a great asset to the dealership. Her attitude is always positive and she is pleasant to deal with. Very good experience!

Excellent Service and Sales

From purchasing our three MDXs, two RDXs, one TSX and one RL (several from Greg Pew, to Shirley who greets and gets my car washed, to Neil and Chris in Service, the whole dealership is an example of what service is all about. I have never been disappointed at Continental Acura of Naperville.

Service and sales are awesome

I have bought several cars from Continental Acura and have always had a great experience. The service department is top notch and very professional. I have worked several times with Chris Papo and he has always had my best interest in mind. Today I worked with him again and with Shirley and they were friendly, professional, and continued to prove to me what a great dealership this is.

Just came in for a Miles of Smiles complimentary wash and was. as usual, met first by Barb Converse who ALWAYS has a smile on her face. She is the first contact that anyone coming in for service has and Continental Acura is lucky to have her as "the face of the dealership" when a customer pulls through the garage door,

A great experience for my car service.

I am not a fan of going to dealerships for car service, however today may just be the day that changed my mind. From the start where Carrie gave me the wait time for an oil change and tire rotation to the time I was leaving and paying Shirley, this experience couldn't have been any better. Carrie was knowledgable and gave an accurate waiting time…which in the end was much quicker! A very pleasant change. In the past I have usually had to wait much longer. Upon checking out, I had the opportunity to speak with Shirley who was very friendly and made sure I used any of the coupon / Castro Oil checks I had. (A great reminder for me!) The price was fair, the work was great and the I couldn't have asked for a nicer group of people to interact with in a service environment. Keep up the great work!! Mandi Kripalani

New Acura TL

Love my new Acura TL. I usually dislike the sales process but salesman Tony Garcia made the process fun! The dealership is great and very clean. Everyone was super friendly and polite. Another salesman actually knew who I was when I came back the 2nd time and said he would get my salesman Tony for me. Also the extra freebees like unlimited car washes are a plus and the auto butler is a great option for a super shine and protection. I totally recommend Tony and this dealership. Sue Farrow

I Love My RSX!!!

I love my rsx and only trust Continental Acura with my car. I just had a 80,000 mile service done exactly 9 years and 2 days since I bought the car. With associates like Chris who take the time to explain and suggest services that are need, this is the reason why my car runs as smooth as the day I purchased it! Thank you again as always.
