Extra mile
Neil and Bob went the extra mile to help me with my car today.They gave my car the service that it only Needed. Neil was very helpful with excellent service. I was telling him about the bumper sticker stuck in my car window. Then Bob was there and told me he could get it off my car. He took my car and was back in 5 minutes with no bumper sticker. "Went the extra mile!"
The air was leaking in my tire today. I called Dan at Continental Acura of Naperville for a service appointment. He asked me to come right in and they would help me. They diagnosed the problem, fixed it and washed my vehicle! Dan helped to resolve the problem in a timely manner and kept me informed of when my vehicle would be ready. Shirley was welcoming and efficient in helping to complete the billing and deliver my vehicle promptly. Thank you, Dan and Shirley!!

By Far The Best Customer Service
My Wife and I went in looking for a specific car, (2013 Acura TL) I had called the dealearship and spoke with a gentleman- Kevin Ahlert. He had the cars lined up and ready for us when we walked in. We went on a test drive and sat down to run numbers. - (usually the part where the review goes south) Kevin was exceptionally professional, he worked with us to get us to our goal. By far the best customer 1st driven sales guy i have dealt with. After 3 weeks of having the car not only did I get a great price for the car but I have a Sales Guy that I can trust confidently enough to refer my friends an family to. The Whole Staff at Continental Acura is awesome, but Kevin separates himself by intently listening to what our focus was, budget, car, color, every feature we wanted etc.. He made sure he made it happen on his end to deliver.

Tom was great to work with. I was shown respect as a woman negotiating the deal. Continental met my price expectations. Tom was very thorough in explaining all the features of the RDX. It was the best experience I have had in purchasing a new car.

Highly Recommend!
I was in the market for a certified pre-driven Acura TL and happened to find one on Cars.com listed by Continental Acura. I called and spoke with Greg Pew who confirmed the car was still available so I made an appointment with him to see it that same day. I checked out a couple of other Acura dealerships before making the long drive out to Naperville and it was a nice surprise after visiting the other places that day! The car I was interested in was washed and ready with a window tag saying "Reserved for (my name)". The vehicle was well priced and the condition of the car was almost flawless. Greg and Sharon were very helful with questions I had about the car, financing, warranty and other related matters which made the whole car buying experience effortless. The showroom and customer amenities Continental Acura had to offer was something I've never experienced before with Audi or BMW and the staff seemed to be focused on one goal which is customer service. I HIGHLY recommend Continental Acura for new or pre-driven sales! I have not serviced my car with them yet but I am sure it will also be a great experience too.
