Great experience with Tony!

Tony was absolutely fantastic and answered any questions I had! He took the time to go over everything and make sure I was comfortable with the car and just made everything easy. I would recommend him to anyone and my family and I will be buying all our cars from him!

Great Parts Department

While getting my tires rotated at a tire store. I was told I had to bent rims, thanks Chicago potholes. I did not want to buy a new set of rims. Plus I wanted to keep the original look of the car. I looked online for rims and found some for my 06 TL. But it would take a couple of days to get them. I called up the parts dept at Continental Acura in Naperville. Spoke to Bob who was very understanding of my situation. I asked if he could price match the online price of a competitor. He did no questions asked. When I went to pick up the rims. He was very courteous and accommodating. I appreciate this kind of customer service, it's the kind that one a loyal customer.

I purchased my Acura MDX 2 years ago and prior to the purchase I was a lifetime Lexus/Toyota customer. I will continue to buy my vehicles from Continental Acura, because I LOVE my car, but equally as important is i LOVE the service I receive every time I am there. I only named 2 of the service guys, but please give credit to all of them. They know me by name and treat me like family. Barbara in Service is the most joyful woman, and she is very respectful of my schedule/time when I'm waiting for service or a car wash, and Shirly at the desk is ALWAYS bubbly and talkative.
